I came here on a very, very slow night with my boyfriend. I came on a Tuesday night at 10:00pm since Buffalo Wild Wings was too packed for my taste and I figured that its not the best for a date night for me and my boyfriend. Its just a personal preference. Anyways, I always passed by this place every week and wanted to try it.

When I got there, I was surprised to find no one but the 3 employees that worked there and maybe one guy outside. You have the option to sit outside or sit inside. The inside is soo chic and elegant! I loved it and loved that we pretty much had the place to ourselves. I was greeted by the bartender Summer and she was super friendly! We talked the whole night with her and she gave some good recommendations for drinks.

We sat at the bar and ordered a drink. I tried the "White Gummy Bear" first and it was really delicious. I am not a sweet drink person so this is perfect for me. It has pear and pineapple alcohol in it. My boyfriend had some beers, his usual choice of alcohol. My boyfriend and I then ordered a cup of olives and artichoke dip with peta chips as pupus. They were delicious. I then ordered a "Sexy Bull" which is a martini like drink with red bull, cranberry, orange, and peach alcohol. That would be my favorite one! I only had 3, but that was the best in my opinion. After a while we ordered the meatballs which had some lamb in it. I was feeling brave from the "liquid courage" and wanted to give it a shot. It was actually not too bad, it had a probably what is a "gamey" taste, but overall delicious. I had my last and final drink of the night which was a random drink made by Summer. I dont know what she really put in it, but it has cucumber, ginger, and hard liquor in it. It tasted like a salad with alcohol, which is okay with me since I like veggies! LOL. The prices for all of these are not too bad as well! I am a "ballin on a budget" type of person and this was not going too overboard for me and my wallet!

Shoutout to Summer if she reads this!!!

Summer was a great bartender and hostess! She was really friendly and was easy to talk to. My boyfriend and I usually dont have nice conversations with people who work at places much since we live in Town, but it was nice to have that opportunity. Thanks for making our rare nights out a pleasant one and for making good conversation!

Overall, I would definitely come back here and have been recommending to my friends to try! I recommend this to the readers and hope you have an enjoyable experience like we did!

HAPPY HOUR! I say go during happy hour (4 to 7) because that's when special martinis are $3.50! Hey for $3.50 you can't go wrong!

A great bar for martini fans who especially love the fact they can truly indulge since they are $3.50 a pop. If anything these are perfect for the advanced martini drinker. Quite an array to choose from but not as extensive as the sister bar in Chinatown. Still they made pretty good ones with a decent amount of alcohol. Some flavors are a bit off while some are dead on. I found that the wallet friendly martinis tasted better than the premium. Perhaps simplicity is the key to it's success. Sadly, we were the only patrons to even order them. So many beers for a martini bar and sports programs.

Since martinis are my drink I thoroughly enjoyed my second experience here. It was a Friday night so there was a much bigger crowd than the norm but the service was still attentive and quick while friendly and personable. It wasn't too loud either. I think I underestimated the potency of the martinis since after having five and a walk to sober  up while walking to the counterpart in Chinatown we ended up making a trip to a park slide that resulted in a brief nap. I blame the martinis.

In my search for a great martini I have found many great martinis but they are all super expensive! But finally I have found a bar that the martinis are super cheap.

3.50 for a basic flavored martini and 6-9 dollars for their premium martinis. Their 3.50 martinis were bomb! My favorite there was the watermelon martini as recommended by the bartender.

We went to Bambu Martini bar before heading to Nocturna which was an awesome idea!

I quite enjoy this bar. Cheap yummy martinis, comfy chairs AND awesome bartenders? I'll probably be back when I want a martini again :)

    Yelp Challenge 365 # 58/365

$3.50 for a martini! The daily martini specials are innovative to say the least.

Bambu is an outdoor bar where you can sit, sip your martini while the trade winds blow....Friendly, personable staff members add to the great relaxing feeling you get here.

And the plus?  PARKING is plentiful....! So, Restaurant Row is the place to stop in for a casual happy hour...After?  Restaurants around for your dinner too!

I really enjoy this place because it's outdoors. It's just a really nice change of pace to feel the breeze. Sometimes at other bars I feel like it's just a stop before I go somewhere else. But when I'm here I feel like I want to sit down and enjoy the atmosphere a little.

The prices are reasonable and the martianis selection is really good. I got a lychee martini that was delicious. I forget what the glass was rimmed with, but JR made it for me and it was tasty.

I've also been here during a game and it's fun the way people are sitting around the bar or at tables having a beer and able to smoke and relax and cheer for their team.

The Drinks are reasonable and the Employees are nice. Being outside is a nice change to the indoor bar concept.

Oh how I love to belly up to the bar in this place. I have been here on all different days and nights and it is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the free time you have. Friendly people, good cheap martinis, smoking allowed but there is plenty of fresh air and fans. You can grab some food from any of the nearby spots, or eat some hot & free popcorn. See you there!

$3.50 Martinis.  Reasonably priced other drinks including beers.

What sets this place even further apart for my friends and I is they allow us to smoke cigars.  Not many places will allow this.  But we just grab a couple of tables on the edge of this open air bar and we're good to go.  The staff are all very friendly.  The bartender, Matt, even sat down and had a drink with us after his shift was over.  I highly recommend this bar for a nice relaxing drink after work or whatever.

Great outdoor bar and very quiet on some weeknights...But at the end of the day, who doesn't love good strong martinis at $3.50 a pop? Yes please!!!!

This is a great outdoor bar. Very large bar that can seat over 30 with additional tables for enough seating for an additional 100 patrons!

It is never too busy here. It is a relaxed atmosphere with cool trade winds blowing.

They have four large screen TVs playing sports. With cheap drinks available all day, it's a great place to pregame before the clubs and other bars in downtown.

They have six $3.50 Martinis on the menu. They usually have two others displayed on their daily specials posted under the TV.

They have a large selection of beers. Most of the domestics are around $3.

They do not serve food but they really don't make a fuss if you bring a snack with you. There is a Subway and sushi place near by.

One thing you should know is that people do smoke here. While I was here some were chain smoking! I suppose it's best to find a seat next to a non-smoker.

They offer free Wifi and if you work in the area they are open early for coffee service.

    Validated parking.
