We went here on a Friday night, and maybe they just happened to be short staff, but the wait times between being seated, getting your drinks, taking your order, getting your food all were ridiculously long. Â It seemed like a lot of tables were waiting on their food. Â A family next to us actually got up and left because they didn't see their server for 15 minutes after being seated by the hostess. Â
The sushi itself was basically, eh. Â We had Crunch Melt, Dynamite & spicy salmon roll. Â Nothing particularly stood out. Â The flavors were sadly rather bland. Â And even for sushi, especially compare to the other places around the western suburbs, the prices seemed a tad high.
The service, I could forgive, everybody gets caught shorthanded every once in awhile (if indeed that was the reason). Â But the bland food and higher than average prices are the death knell of this place. Â We won't be back.
