The Broken Rack

It's in a weird location but I like that it isn't too busy. The bartenders are nice but the way that they mix their drinks is terrible. The drinks are wayyy too strong. I mean, who complains about a strong drink? But when strong becomes nasty, there's a problem. I ordered a Hurricane and it tasted so bad, I asked some strawberry puree, a can or pineapple and water. I slowly sipped the Hurricane drink and each sip I took, I had to drink some water. As I sipped on the drink I continued to pour the pineapple in the drink to mix it myself. My friends drinks came out terrible too.

There's one thing to be generous with the alcohol but another to not mix the drinks properly.

I don't quite recommend this place and neither would I come back.

I came here to watch Game 1 of the NBA finals today. I ordered some beer and fries and proceeded to find a seat near the television. The bar was full and the room with the giant television was filled with people who didn't even buy anything from the bar.That was fine with me since it was a close game and everyone was really into it.

Because I already bought food and I really wanted to watch the game, I decided to stick around and sit at the farthest pool table with a television up above. At least half of the pool tables were open so I figured it was fine to occupy the wall of one of the tables. Within 5 minutes of me sitting down, the employee managing the pool kicks us out of the area to make way for some customers who wanted to play pool. They weren't even interested in the game so I don't see why they had to be placed at the table I was at. I look around again and there were still a good 5 tables open and those 5 tables remained opened when I left after the game. Half the people who occupied the television area weren't even paying customers and I get kicked out of my area because I already bought food and wanted to watch the game.

This is terrible customer rapport and I'm never coming back again. I used to always come here but this is going to be my last time here.

Pool's fine. Actually, I think the bumpers are a little beat. Some some really unexpected bounces, but that's not a big deal.

Beer's fine. Food's just OK and not particularly cheap.

But here's the issue: 7 people order meals at the same time. Burgers and sandwiches all. They come out in 3 waves. 2, then 2, then 3. The time between waves was long enough that the first 2 were done eating before the second wave showed up. Is it that hard to make 7 meals at once? Really? C'mon.
