I don't know what happened to customer service because it has been lost at this restaurant!
Some friends and I were watching a game on one of there many TV's and just as the player was going for a touchdown another customer who wanted to watch another game asked them to change the channel and yep you guessed it they changed right as I was about to scream Touch Down...How do you do that?, Really? other people are in the restaurant, just because I'm a lady doesn't mean I have no interest in the game!
Our waitress was slow and to the point we had to get help from a waiter that was on duty and at the end of the day I gave him the tip because he got our water, he gave us more fries, he was more attentive to us and what we wanted then the waitress that was assigned to us...I mean that is just sad!
If I didn't love I mean love their chicken wings I wouldn't step back into the doors of this establishment! Â I don't go as often as I use to as it is and I definitely don't dine in on a Tuesday because it seems like people load up the van and bring everyone from their family to get the .49 cent wings!
I don't know if its the staff I don't know if its the management but I do know they need to fix their customer service or people will find some place else to get their wings!
If the wing sauces weren't so good I wouldn't even bother with the whole B-Dubs chain. This location as far as service isn't as bad as the Lansing location but the service still blows, but then again ALL Buffalo Wild Wings I've gone to suck for service!
Skip the table, order to-go, tip the to-go girl. Problem on crappy service solved.
I met here with some friends and family for dinner after a long and stressful paintball outing.
We were a big group like 20+ people. Therefore, we reserved the big spot right of the entrance.
Management couldn't place anymore tables in the spot due to fire hazer policy, but we got all the chairs we wanted.
Same typical waiting time for food to arrive (this specific restaurant has a bad reputation for its extremely long wait) however, I was very content with the waiter (Maria) service.
Good food, not the best, if anything this place it's all about their sauces.
Wow I see alot of bad reviews and I'm pretty shocked. Â I guess the 2 times I did go to this place were pretty good days. Â The service was great. Â The only complaint I have was the last waitress mixed our drinks up. Â Other than that service and the food were great. Â The tv's were positioned perfectly, the fried pickles were delicious and of course the wings were fabulous. Â I am a big fan.
Review Source:HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE.
Save yourself the frustration and aggravation.
The wings were great. But the service SUCKS. What I don't understand is, if you really can't stand working with the public, then why are you! The girl had a NASTY attitude and she acted like it took so much out of her to answer our simple questions. The food came out fast, but the dipping sauces were so sloppy and gross looking, Â sauce was dripping down the sides. Then when we were finished and ready to go it took forever just to get the bill. I caught the girl looking at us a couple of times, but she decided to continue her unimportant conversation with the other servers. I will never eat here again, so many better places to spend my money.
I see some pretty bad reviews here...
I thought it was pretty damn good! TVs from all angles and good service was definitely in effect when I rolled through.
I started out with a Heineken while I waited for my wings. As far as wings go, I did the damn thang on 15 of them.
Flavors:
Sweet BBQ - pretty tasty
Honey BBQ - was decent
Mango Habenero - good and hotttttt!
I was warned by the bartender that the Mango Habenero was gonna be a slow burn and thats def what it was. I would do it all over again since it was so good!
My first Buffalo Wild Wings was a success..I'll be back!
Is this an eatery or a nightclub? Blaring rap music constantly, regardless of the diversity of the customers. I mean, I'm black, but they should at least mix up the music to cater to other ethnicities . The food was solid, and the servers are really good-looking too. But I have to almost yell across the table to talk because the music is so damned loud. Get it right, people.
Review Source:I was excited when BW3'S opened, because in Indy it's always been a great place to go, but after 5 minutes here I was sure I would never go back. GHETTO, LOUD, with terrible service. The staff are all teeny boppers that don't care, and even the bar didn't have any premium beer, like 312, Stella, or Fat Tire. I thought I was in a nightclub because of the blaring music. Save yourself a trip, go someplace else.
Review Source:Basically long story short, Service SUCKED. You would think that because it is a brand new store that the service would be to the T... NOT...
We got seated very quickly but that is seriously the only thing that was quick. After sitting for about 10 minutes a younger waitress came over introduced her self then sat down and asked us if we knew what we wanted to eat.. We said Yes and told her and she had to look at the me nu because she did not know what we were talking about. After we ordered we then asked if we could get some drinks, and she said sure..
After we got our drinks we waited about 15 minutes for our french fries appetizer when a different waiter brought it out to us and it was soggy and gross. Our original waitress then came over 5 minutes after that to tell us that one of the items we had ordered we could not get because they were out of it... Mind you 20 minutes after we originally ordered and at this point we were over due for a refill... I went ahead and ordered something else and we waited for a good 25 more minutes for our food as well as a refill..
I could see if the store was busy but it was not busy at all.. We waited another 10 minutes and decided to just leave $10 on the table to cover our drinks and our french fries and we walked to the front and asked for a manager.. The girl looked at us kind of funny and was like sure and we saw her walk to the back and we saw some people poke their heads out from behind the wall and we waited... and waited... for another 10 minutes... (at this point I was using my stopwatch on my phone to time it) and the girl from the front didn't return.. NOR did we see our waitress go to our table and see that we had left (over 40 minutes after we had to reorder our food)
We just left after this.
I had heard some storied about how bad this location for buffalo wild wings was, but we wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt and we went ahead and gave it a shot... NEVER again. I will drive the extra 6 miles to the other location in Lansing because this place just straight up SUCKED!
We showed up at BBW on Father's Day, figuring it would be the least crowded place in the area to have lunch.
We were seated quickly, but that's the only thing that happened quickly after that.
The service was terribly slow, our waitress was very busy and one of the managers came by to take our order.
Once our order arrived, we realized we didn't have any forks or napkins and when we asked for some, we received 2 forks after a long wait (for a party of 3). I had to wait about 10 minutes for my fork.
Our waitress stopped by another 2 times after that, mostly to tell us how busy she was.
When refill time came around, I ended up having to go get them myself, as I had seen other customers step behind the little counter area and do the same. The manager came by and apologized again, and helped me carry our drinks to the table. She even knocked $5 off our bill, but it was too late. We won't be stepping foot there again, especially not with a Hooters down the street.
