If you love wings, love watching games on the big screen and being in a loud enviroment than this is your place. I prefer just placing a to go order and eating at home, this place is super loud. and sometimes service can be slow

I'm not a big wing girl but they have some pretty good flavors to choose from here. My favorite is the Caribbean jerk and last week I had Thai curry flavored wings, which was actually pretty good. They have a pretty good chicken quiesdilla too. This is probably one of the best wing restaurant, I've had other chains but for wings this is probably the tastiest.

Service can sometimes be good and bad depending how busy they get. This place stays open late so it can get pretty crowded during game time, or during peak hours. I normally only come here when we have a large group.

P.S. I gave them an extra star b/c they're open every day, even on Christmas!

I apologize for the long review, but I seriously think you should read.

I came to this Buffalo Wild Wings for the first time today. What a mistake. My mom and I wanted to order wings out for Christmas Eve and decided to stop by and try these before we did. I wasn't able to take pictures because my phone was at home, dead. Here are my thoughts..

Pros: It's in a great location, since it's in a strip mall there are plenty of great shops nearby, parking is great and super close to the restaurant, they have outside dining, and all of the sauces (just the sauces) are great here. I especially recommend the Medium, this is an absolutely awesome place to come if you'd like to watch a football game or any other sport (TV's everywhere).

Cons: The place is incredibly dark inside, not the romantic kind of dark that some restaurants have just plain dark. The macaroni and cheese tastes like someone had a great batch and then decided to mix water into it. The menus are sticky. They don't offer those wet naps for after you are done eating your wings (my hands were gross) I had to pull an ice cube out of my drink. My mom ordered the 6 of each meal that comes with 6 traditional wings, 6 boneless wings, fries and coleslaw. The food wasn't  even semi-warm when it came out, less then room temp. The boneless wings might as well have been called chicken nuggets. There was gristle in them and they were covered in thick batter. I thought I ordered chicken? The coleslaw is a disgrace to all coleslaw. It needed salt, pepper, and mayo. Tasted like I was eating dry grass. I ordered 6 traditional wings with Medium sauce. Well because it is Tuesday, this happens Wednesday too (wed or thurs, can't remember what the waitress said), I was charged 60 cents for each 2 oz ranch sauce. I was charged for my first sauce and of course any additional. If you love to use a lot of ranch on your wings this would have pissed you off too! Not to mention it is the type of ranch that mediocre restaurants use and don't make themselves. Even though I got my traditional wings at a discount, I didn't appreciate this hidden catch. This is a wing place right? Ranch has been COMING with wings since the dawn of time.. I don't care what todays "special" is. Also, one of my 6 wings had absolutely no meat on it. I don't mean just a little. Literally none. So the cook doesn't seem to care to much about what he's serving to customers. Really? I'm the one paying your salary last time I checked. I am scarred for life from BWW. Won't waste my time going to another one.

Fox and Hound, which is 2 minutes down the road if you take the back way and then make a right and come back up on Research Forest Dr. (in Party City strip mall), beats BWW any day. Fox and Hound has larger wings and their ranch sauce is totally homemade and doesn't taste like kraft brand squeezed right out of the bottle. They have this special as well on Mondays, but they charge 15 cents less for ranch then BWW. Needless to say my family and I are ordering our wings from this joint.

    TISK BWW!!!!!!

Love the wings.  Love the beer.  And where are you going to find a better place to watch the games?

The worst BWW I've ever been to! The service was terrible, wait staff was rude and it took 15 minutes to order drinks, we left before our drinks got there bc they took to long!! Terrible Experience!!!

If you've never been to BBW, go check it out. For the rest of you that have, this is a pretty average one.

Dining at this establishment means "pack your patience" if you want dinner at 9:45 p.m. for an establishment that's not full but closes at 2:00 a.m.  Since I am unfamiliar with their concept when I walked in, I walked up to the register where the manager was standing.  He asked me if I wanted to place a "to go" order.  I responded that I wanted to sit and have dinner.  He told me to grab a table anywhere I wanted to sit, which I did.  I picked up one of the menus on the table and perused it.  I waited for someone to come and take my drink order.  I saw three waitresses buzzing around helping customers and two other waitresses cleaning tables.  Did someone come over to my table?  Nope.  After 5 minutes of wondering who (if anyone) was my waitress and coming to relieve me of my thirst, I looked over at the manager and asked him if he could send someone over to take my order.  Good thing I was sitting at a table where I could look in the manager's direction.  If not, God knows how long I would have sat there before I would have had to get up and go over to him and ask him who was supposed to be taking my food and drink order.  After he directed someone to take my order, then I had two waitresses come over - one who said she would be with me in a minute and the one who actually came and took my drink and food order.  I can definitely say without a doubt, the food and drink was good and they have good prices.  However, how hard can it be to not put onion on a burger and not bring mayonnaise, when I SPECIFICALLY requested that - no onion or mayonnaise, add mustard (they brought me one package - of course I had to ask for more).  Hopefully my next visit, I will have better service.

Yuck yuck yuck!!!!  Taste like a duck!!! Service was great....a bit noisy but hey it's football season.  Flavors of wings are a bit too exotic for my taste!  Chicken is under cooked for my taste!  Im more of a wing n more type of person.  Nice place to watch a game or fight.  Will not be back for the food!

Went here for lunch pretty much same set up as all the other BW3's, the service was very good, out waitress was fast and friendly. Food was excellent although the veggie both only had 8 or 6 strips of veggies. The beer was cold the wings were hot and spicy.

This place has really gone downhill, and that's saying something.

Buffalo Wild Wings has never, ever been a quiet place. You go there with friends and either play trivia or yell at a screen about your sports team. It used to be that you got timely drink refills, a waitress who cared, and fairly decent service. It was a fun place to have a drink and hang out and be a little noisy.

Last night, someone at our table didn't even get a chance to order food- despite being there almost an hour. The new staff is terrible. Occasionally, we saw our waitress, but even when we managed to flag her down she'd take one person's order and then run off, never to be seen again.. None of the other staff could take our order, they'd just promise they were "going to get her" but no one ever appeared.  We eventually gave up on getting everything we wanted and settled for trying to get our checks- which took an additional 45 minutes.

The service used to be amazing, I swear- people remembered your name and your order. But now the waitresses are, as a previous poster said, downright antagonistic. They huddle in little clusters throughout the restaurant and refuse to make eye contact, and getting up to go get one just results in some shuffling and your waitress disappearing, like a magic trick.

Save your money, and your time. Sub par experience with horrible, horrible service.

NO NO NO!  The service here is always atrocious it seems!  The wings are ok, but come on, they're wings...

If you like this kind of thing, cool, go for it, but the poor service from disinterested, if not down right antagonist feeling waitresses turns me off.  I'm probably just unlucky and get the bad ones, but I've had one girl at least two different times and she is just horrible.

Will not go back, not even for friends, have turned it down many times.

Went there with the hub a couple of times.  I will say right now that neither he nor I are into sports or the sportsbar thing.  We do, however really like good wings.  As this was really close to where we lived, we thougt we would try.

I will say, atmosphere wise, if you want a place where you can talk to each other, this is not it.  If you want a place where you can watch sports and occasionally shout something to someone, this is the place.

Service wise, I would say that it was OK bordering on negligent.  We had to flag people down to get refills or another request.  Once we asked, it generally arrived pretty quickly.

The wings were..ok. Not capital OK, just ok.  We tried different sauces and none of them were particularly great.  The mild sauces were pretty boring.  No real punchy flavor to interest you.  Then the spicier sauces were kind of too vinegary and did not have any real complexity to the taste.

To sum it up, I think there are better places to go get wings.  There are several around that area now.

I agree with Carrie B. and Cheyne M.  This is a great place to get some really spicy hot wings and a great brew!  If you are a sports fan, then the big screen tv's are going to be an added benefit.

The only thing that I don't like about this place, is that it can get really loud and very difficult at times, to carry on a decent conversation.

I grew up in the Conroe area.... and for years it has lacked any type of bars or restaurants where you could hang out as a young adult and NOT have to drive far from home. I lived here a few years ago and stayed in a house around the corner from BWW which made it easy to visit here late at night.

I love the wings here... they come out fast and hot. They have NTN which is some great TV trivia at its best..... and they had ACE Pear Cider on tap. The only downside is that they get PACKED.... and I mean packed... if its a game day, get there early so you can get your table. They also allow smoking indoors, so if you can't handle it... try sittng on the outdoor patio.

Only downside for me was that I would see everyone I went to High School with here and it was like a constant reunion.

My friends took me to this place (as I am not from Texas but California) and I really liked it.  I like that they have a dozen or so sauces to choose from - the Carribbean Jerk is great but SPICEY and the Parmesean Garlic is FANTASTIC!  I am HUGE on sports bars and this place is great, a couple huge screens and a bunch of small ones.  We went on Wedneday, which I think is big beer night or something, and big pints are discounted (they'll give you a card to come back later).

Very relaxed atmosphere if you are looking to just unwind.  One downside, they don't have a great selection of beers on tap, unless you are satisfied with Bud Light...which I am not.  Small issue though, I still like this place a lot.
