Came here one night for hookah a few weeks ago after watching the game at Duffys and had a really great time. The waitress was great(blond girl), the guy tending to the hookah was superb(black guy). Last night, my friend and I returned for hookah and dinner. We sat ourselves outside and waited about 10 mins to be greeted and have our drink and hookah order taken. Once those were squared away we asked for a food menu, placed our orders, and began enjoying our mango hookah. The food came out pretty quickly from the place next door, except it sat in the guys hands for about 3 mins while the waitress ran around inside trying to remember who to serve the food to. We were right in front of her the entire time! We asked for water, she never returned. I mean ever. Like wtf. The guy fixing our hookah ended up being our waiter, bringing us water, our entrees, and the check. But about 30 mins into our visit the place got packed with dancing Russians and he forgot us too. Our hookah went out while we were eating, we had to sit and wait about 15 mins before someone even passed our table to inform them. The second time this happened i just went inside. The last time however, i made the mistake of asking the DJ if he can alert someone for me. He did, but came back griping about how if i were at Liv i would never do that to the DJ. The DJ at Liv would never be just hanging out drinking on a couch! Again wtf! He went on to say I thought I was the queen of the universe and how this was Miami, we should have sat by the bar to recieve good servics as if to say if I expected good service then I shouldnt be here. And the worst part is they tack on an automatic 22% gratuity!! Not to mention the hookah is already $50. I also think theyre abusing their customers. My girlfriend and i always split the bills. We both distinctly remember the first time we came the hookah was on a separate bill then the drinks, both with grautity added. We each paid one bill. This time the food had its own bill but the hookah and drinks were separate. Again each with gratuity added. But this time, we lowered the grautity drastically. Luckily for them, no one said anything. We were more than prepared to give them a piece of our minds. Save your time and money and just go somewhere else, the views not that great with all the shrubbery they have anyway.
Review Source:I went here with my ex last year and had a blast... the staff catered to our needs and then some. We even ordered food for the restaurant next door they placed the order with them and brought us our food. I didn't care for the hookah but having a cigar there with good company was awesome. It's really upscale come paired to the one off Biscayne n like 147th street but I like them both love the fact that the C Lounge is off the water and the staff was pleasant.
I have to change the 5 Stars to 3 Stars because I went back recently and the staff was horrible.
Here's the rundown. Came with a groupon, intimate setting but awful service. No one greeted us when we got here. The waitress sat us and never came back. The hookah is way over priced $50 before tax and an included gratuity. We asked for water when we ordered the hookah and she never brought it, I actually had to go in and get it myself. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. I've been to a lot of hookah bars/lounges and have had way better hookah and way better service. Save your time and your money folks!
Review Source:Why can't we have a place like this closer to Brickell. Â That's the only thing I don't like. Â It's location, but I'm not going to dock it for that because what is inconvenient for me, might be convenient for someone else. Â I love the ambience here. Â Great place to smoke a stogie and get some food, while you're at it. Â There are two restaurants flanking this lounge and both of them are, not only fantastic, but they also serve the food at the cigar lounge. Â Had a great experience with my wife the first time around. Â Then came back and invited 30 people to enjoy a night out there with me. My only complaint is that when I got the huge bill for that one, they had added a ridiculous 28% gratuity. Â In a bill that inlcuded a bunch of cigars also, I thought that wasn't too cool. Â Would have gotten 5 stars if it wasn't for this.
Review Source:This type of place isn't usually my thing but my husband really was feeling like a cigar after dinner. It was around 10pm and there were not many people there. The music that night was loud but I guess that is what they were going for... trendy, loud, loungy. To me, it seems they are trying to hard to be "cool" but the staff was SUPER nice. My husband got great help when trying to select a cigar and the lady who served us drinks really just put us in a great mood.
Overall, we had a great time. But next time we will head there later at night in hopes that there will be a bigger crowd.
Great place in North Miami on the water - very cool lounge. Unique decor, great music, very upscale crowd, nice cars outside. Great drinks - very different. All together, very modern, classy, upscale atmosphere. We came there for an event and had excellent time until morning. DJ is great, music very upscale techno. It is a great play to dance or just lay back and relax  outside.
Review Source:This is real chill lounge in the North Miami Beach/Sunny Isles area right next to Duffy's on the water on 163rd street. Â I went for an event and the place was beautiful. Â A real laid back lounge with a DJ spinning house/new age techno with a strictly classy crowd inside. Â There's a lounge area out back with plenty of room to relax and enjoy a cigar with a glass of cognac while staring at the bay.
If you're in the area and want a place to just lounge out and have a cigar, this is the spot.
