Like Paul F, I've noticed a difference in the quality of service over the past year or so.  I have been ordering from CW for nearly 7 years now.  Their service was always great.  They used to get the orders right and quoted short delivery times and the food almost always arrived well before the estimated time.  Now, completely different.  Most recently, I ordered food and was quoted a 45 min delivery time.  75 mins later and still no food.  When I called to find out where my food was, I was told that someone lost the ticket and the food was just now going out the door.  First, no one called me to let me know that my order was never made and whether I still wanted it.  Second, there was no apology or offer to make up for the issue.  The quality of my food has always been good, but clearly there's new ownership that does not care about service and hence it has been lacking.  If you don't mind getting an incorrect order from time to time or not getting your food until nearly an hour after it was supposed to be delivered, then go for it.  Otherwise, there's plenty of other places to get food and I will surely be doing that from now.  In fact, I have already deleted CW from my cell.
