Cafeteria Frida

Holy cow!!!  My buddy and I had a hankering' for Mexican in my new neighborhood last night.  We were headed to another highly reviewed place, but noticed Frida's as we parked the car.  Everything about this place was perfect.  the first thing we noticed was the level of cleanliness.  Simply immaculate.  It was late so I am quite sure that Frida was staying open just for us.  Not only did we not feel rushed; we felt as though we were guests inhere home.  Have I even talked about the food yet???

The food came very close to changing my life.  I had one of the combinations and everything was fresh and stunningly delicious.  Without question the best tamale I have ever had!  I have found my new neighborhood place.

I entered the restaurant not expecting much, but was pleasantly surprised, the guacamole was great and the chips were made for the order,  the Chicken tacos were "outstanding"  according to my out of town friend...  I had the Camarones  A la Diabla Spicier than I thought but delicious and good size, sides of bean, rice and salad blended perfectly and even better its a BYOB...
