Carniceria Guanajuato

Some of the better tacos in town; definitely one of the most generous in filling quantity.  Seem to get enough business/turnover to ensure freshness of meats and tortillas.  Not destination-worthy, or best of class for anything in particular (like El Taco Veloz for Al Pastor, or Tortas Guicho for Chorizo), but worth popping in if nearby.

Love to eat what the locals eat? This is definitely a Mexican hotspot here in Indianapolis and expect a wait on Sundays but their food is worth it. It's cheap but not fast expect a bit of the wait thanks to the staff.

Came here because of a recommendation from a friend. The restaurant is tucked in a corner of the little grocery store. Legit Mexican food, portions are large and very cheap! Their carne asada burritos were amazing - only $4 and stuffed lettuce, tomato, cheese, avocado, and lots of steak! I was definitely impressed and will be coming back!
