Subway

Its subway, there is nothing specifically good or bad about this particular site.  They do get a large rush of orders during lunch and do there best to keep up with the line (i've had to leave before because it was just taking too long though).  I do sometimes feel like employees are skimping on ever topping (to the point where you have to ask them for more peppers/more dressing/etc) but I guess that is just the corporate sandwich business. Location is nice since there are not a lot of take out food options on mass ave.  I give two stars since the interior and sandwich quality is only average (even compared to other Subways).  I have complained before about the fact that the store copy of receipts has your full credit card number on them and they were stacking them up next to the register during lunch (where anyone could swipe them) but that was a while ago.

Carlos, is a true sandwich artist.  The line was out the door, but I didnt mind.  Watching his speed was amazing.  I was very impressed.  He had great technique.  I think everyone that works at subway should watch him work under pressure.  Calm, cool, collected and FAST.

Carlos makes the BEST sandwiches, he's the BEST Sandwich maker in town, & i hear (rumor) a certain famous Subway eater eats here as well, i CAN'T WAIT for that surreal moment!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
