First of all, when attending Gen Con, I hit this place twice just to load up on Rice Crispy Treats...which are awesome!
The service is ok, the food is good. For what you get overall...it's a tad bit over priced. I just call it franchise pricing, you know its high...but in a pinch, at least you know the food is the same at any of them and it's good.

Had some delicious pesto pasta... LEGIT!
$6 for a decent size bowl of pasta. Only thing is I wish it was cheaper to have meat in it. $3.00 for meat ($2.50 for chicken).
Otherwise, nice atmosphere. The water filtration wasn't clean so we told them and they gave us a free drink cup. NICE!

Fool me once (with a hair in my food), shame on you.  Fool me twice (with a bug grilled into my chicken), shame on me.  Fool me A THIRD TIME (with a hair in my food, again), shame on me for being stupid enough to give you a third try and shame on you for being A GIANT FREAKING DIRTBALL.    

It is so incredibly rare for me to give only one star, but no matter how tasty the food, how fast and nice the service, when I have pointed out items in my food twice to management in the past year and they still cannot get it right, plan on me shouting from the rooftops -- DO NOT EAT HERE!!!
