I was in a business trip 8 weeks ago and decided to eat here. The service was awful. When I flew back home in CA, I noticed my card was charge twice with different amounts. I waited 1 week to see if the charge dropped off. The charge was not dropped off so I called and asked for a manager to explain my situation and after 5 minutes, I was told he was too busy. I called the next day and asked for a manager and after another 5 minutes in hold I was able to talk to him. I explained my problem and told me he needed to check for the receipt records. He gave me a call back and apologize for the mistake. He said my card was accidentally charge for another table. He offered to give me a gift card but told him I live in CA. He said I would give you a credit back on your card and should see in two weeks because it's a long process. It's been over a month and still there is no credit. I called 4 days ago and asked for the manager. After several minutes on hold I heard someone pick up the phone and got hung up. I called again and the manager answered. I told him that my card was not reimburse for the extra charge. He told me "well I have to check what's going on with that transaction but I'm busy right now, so I would call you in 2 hrs". I never got a called back. I called once more and the manager told me he was going to credit my account that same day. It was a lie because it's been 2 weeks since that incident and no credit has been issued yet. I'm tired and frustrated, so I'm deciding to take another route since no one in that restaurant seems to care.

The server while nice was totally inept. Aside from pronouncing chianti as cheeeanty, she would disappear for long periods and the restaurant was almost empty. Some minimum training of employees would really help.
The salad dressing was nice but the salad was swimming in dressing to the point that it was almost inedible. The pasta dish was completely devoid of any flavor at all and aside from its general appearance there was nothing Italian about it. There was no garlic in a dish that was supposed to have it and sorely needed it. The basil was missing and one could get better tasting Italian food on an airplane.
Very sad because the place could and should be so much better. If you like Olive Garden and you think Italian food is well represented at an Olive Garden, you might like this place.
