P.F. Chang's China Bistro

Lousy service, but the food was good. I'll stick to the frozen version.
Apparently the server in who's section we were sitting didn't "feel" like taking our table, so the manager had to get another server to handle us. That poor soul and his valiant, if inconsistent, effort doubled the star rating from one to two.

I never 1 star without telling the place.  RAW CHICKEN.  You like some RAW CHICKEN?  Go get some RAW CHICKEN at P.F. Chang's.  Manager was so nice, but I told her I didn't come in for months because last time their Chang's spicy chicken was undercooked - but was at least tepid.  She took off the Lemonraw Chicken Dumplings.  If I'm not sick tomorrow I will be more chilled out tomorrow.  I was f-ing livid but stayed cool in there and didn't snap.  Oh!  And I got underdone Mongolian Beef the time before underdone spicy chicken (and today's RAW CHICKEN.)  And to clarify, I mean room temperature, pink chicken that s exactly RAW, so people don't think I'm making stuff up.  HORSESHIT appetizer.

Like the food but last time I went (a couple Sundays ago for lunch), the service was horrendous. :( They must have been severely understaffed and it definitely showed. Food was still good but just wasn't what I would expect or hope for from PF Chang's. :(
