I've been to this place about 5-6 times as its not too far from where I live. Â It's a small independent shop across the street from the marion county library. Â The pizza is pretty good, but not very consistent (75% of my visits were 3 stars, while about 25% of the time I'd say it was a 4 star experience). Â I usually get the pepperoni thin crust - don't think they offer other styles. Â On a few occasions the crust was really solid, but a few times slightly under cooked. Â What I do enjoy about their pizza is the spice blend they put on top, giving it a nice savory flavor.
The service has always been good and the prices are very reasonable. Â I haven't tried either the sandwiches or calzones, so I may give them a shot in the near future. Â I feel like if my experiences were a little more consistent, then I'd give them 4 stars. Â I do plan on returning in the future and would recommend this place to people who like trying new places.
The pizza is oh so good, house made sausage is my fav! Â Server is always the same and she is a bit off at times, but overall, delicious! Â There is an old saying in the restaurant business that the server can save the food but the food can not save the server, not true here! Â If I could just pick up my pie and get my drink myself, it often times would be better.
