They had a fairly limited menu the day they came by my workplace (which is AWESOME, thanks guys!), but the salmon burger was delicious, and even the cole slaw, which for all I know came out of a can, was tasty and chopped finer than I'm used to, which gave it an interesting texture.  Together they made a nice-sized meal for me, and for a reasonable price.  I hope they come back so I can try some of their other items.  (I also hope they got a reasonable turnout from our building, they're the second food truck that's come by, and I'd love to see the trend continue.)

This review will be short, because it's been so long, I don't remember exactly what I ordered.  What I do remember is the fries being so tasty and with an interesting mix of flavors on them.  Staff is very friendly and service is fast.  When I remarked that I was curious about the pulled pork, owner overheard me and came out with a pork laden spoon for me to sample. Yum, yum, get you some!!

So happy a food truck finally parked outside my building! I've been waiting to try their food and wasn't dissapointed. Two of us ordered the meat loaf with tator tot casserole. The meatloaf came with a ginger mango sauce that was delicious! We also got the jambalaya. It was pretty spicey and they sure didn't skimp on the sausage, chicken and shrimp in it!  It didn't look like a lot of food when we got it, but we actually couldn't finish it all it was so filling.  Total including a can of soda was around $14. Well worth the wait!
