First of all, when attending Gen Con, I hit this place twice just to load up on Rice Crispy Treats...which are awesome!
The service is ok, the food is good. For what you get overall...it's a tad bit over priced. I just call it franchise pricing, you know its high...but in a pinch, at least you know the food is the same at any of them and it's good.
Had some delicious pesto pasta... LEGIT!
$6 for a decent size bowl of pasta. Only thing is I wish it was cheaper to have meat in it. $3.00 for meat ($2.50 for chicken).
Otherwise, nice atmosphere. The water filtration wasn't clean so we told them and they gave us a free drink cup. NICE!
Fool me once (with a hair in my food), shame on you. Â Fool me twice (with a bug grilled into my chicken), shame on me. Â Fool me A THIRD TIME (with a hair in my food, again), shame on me for being stupid enough to give you a third try and shame on you for being A GIANT FREAKING DIRTBALL. Â Â
It is so incredibly rare for me to give only one star, but no matter how tasty the food, how fast and nice the service, when I have pointed out items in my food twice to management in the past year and they still cannot get it right, plan on me shouting from the rooftops -- DO NOT EAT HERE!!!
While wandering around trying to find lunch while on my trip to Indianapolis, I stumbled upon Noodles & Company.  I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of food and the fresh ingredients used to create my lunch.  The meal was very flavorful and cheap (I got a small bowl, a cup of soup, and  a drink for under $7).  The service was good too.
Review Source:Wasn't overly impressed with this corny joint right by the convention center. Doesn't hold a candle to noodle places like momofuku, s'mac, or mac bar in NYC. That being said, reasonably priced and cheap for a quick lunch.
They have loads of options, I had the thai curry soup, which was only ok. My friends who had the mac and cheese seemed similarly unsatisfied. The Mediterranean pastas looked best comparatively.
One go-to Gluten Free Option.
Order the Pad Thai with an *Allergy Alert* - No Gluten. The staff will switch out the noodle pans and mix up a delicious bowl of pad thai that won't make you regret choosing a noodle place.
A very limited option for Gluten Free grub, but it is convient for downtown office lunches.
Affordable and tasty lunch spot close to the convention center. I was walking around looking for something close by and decided to give this place a shot.
Walking in I was greeted by a nice counter person with a large menu of items overhead. It is terrific that there are many noodle, pasta, and protein options to mix and match. You can customize your meal to your mood or taste. From pan noodles, to pad thai, to thai curry soup, to cavatappi, to penne, to mac & cheese, to spaghetti and meatballs, and a few others. They are split up into three categories - Asian, Mediterranean, and American. It's a highly customizable menu!
For $7.75 there is the "Trio" meal - a small bowl noodle or pasta, with a protein, and a soup or salad. I chose the Pasta Fresca (penne with balsamic, olive oil, white wine, roasted garlic, red onion, tomato, spinich, shaved parmesan and added grilled chicken. I had the chicken noodle soup too. Everything was flavorful and tasted great. Not huge portions but enough for a decent lunch.
The place is clean and there is also outside seating at this one. Kind of a mini chain in this city. Also, after you place your order at the front counter the food is brought out fresh and hot to your table. Good stuff for a cheap and quick lunch!
As a fan of Noodles & Company in general, let me recommend this as my favorite one in Indy. The location is great, and service is always above average, not to mention fast. One of our goto places for a versatile meal on the sidewalk.
Always packed for lunch, by the way, as you might expect. But the staff is used to it and you'll be satisfied.
This was probably the best find during my trip to Indianapolis. Â Out of all the meals I've eaten here, this was the most affordable, and also best tasting/value for the money.
The first night I had dinner here, I was feeling a bit like I was coming down with a cold... my throat was starting to hurt a little, and I wanted to give my self a zing with something soupy and warm, maybe with some turmeric for it's anti-inflammatory effects... so I looked around and when I saw they served noodles (my soft spot), from different cuisine (love variety), and had curry noodle soup??? I was sold.
I ordered the Thai Curry noodle soup, and got a side salad with sesame soy dressing plus fountain drink (iced tea).
The food was served very quickly, piping hot. Â The amount of noodles were slightly on the light side (compared to a typical serving of, say, pho noodles), in a somewhat shallow bowl for Asian noodles, but it was very very yummy, and definitely hit the spot. Â The side salad was really good too, I liked the dressing, it went well with my selection of Asian flavored main dish :)
When it comes to the fountain drink, I first thought my body might want a little bit of sugar, so I went for the sweet tea... had a sip and was like, zzooomg sweet!! went back and added more ice cubes and topped it off with unsweetened tea to mellow it out.
I actually returned to this spot for the second time during this trip. Â This time, I got shrimp pad thai, side salad with sesame soy dressing, and fountain drink.
I learned my lesson and went straight to unsweetened tea this time. lol. Â The pad thai was good, but a bit sweeter than many I've tried. Â But portion wise, it seemed like this was more filling than the Thai curry noodle soup. Â Side salad was again, good.
I have plans on returning to this city again soon for another trip, and I will be frequenting this place quite a bit next time too : )
i was Slurping the Thai Curry Soup like i lived in the East in a past life, by the menu i can eat Asian, Mediterranean, American or Customize it

Noodles & Company is a cheap (I had a large mac & cheese, plus a drink for under $10), filling, and downright yummy alternative to the more pricey downtown Indy spots. Even during a massive convention like Gen Con, the staff was prepared for the rush, and had people in and out of the line as quick as I've ever seen during the convention season. And this was their first year!
As for the eats themselves, the macaroni and cheese is to die for, and the potstickers are awesome as well. The menu is highly customizable, with most options starting out as vegetarian, and you being able to add whatever you want (granted, for a price).
I'll definitely eat here again.
