Oh my! Where has this been hiding? I was with a group of friends at Triton brewery and was excited to try the crawfish po'boy. It was amazingly fresh and pretty much melted in my mouth the fries were good, but I will definitely start following this food truck as I'm already craving some more crawfish!

Had lunch at their food truck at the Vintage Indiana fest.  Bar-none, the best fried catfish sandwich of my life.  Super friendly people and whatever sauce they put on their sandwich is magical!!!

Ordered a shrimp po boy while at Triton brewery.  Seriously... stale bread?  How does a "chef" let that happen?  Moving surplus from Superbowl weekend?  Thought that brewery patrons too stewed to care?  Didn't even need to take a bite... it was an immediate texture give away.  It's 90% of the sandwich by volume man, come on now, get the foundation right!  The battered fried shrimp were sizable and plump.  The mysterious brown po boy sauce was delicate and mildly peppery but visually unappealing since the squeeze bottle application looked like sesame noodles.  I'd still give it another try if paths cross again.
