What can I say... I found a 2nd home. I was looking for a bar in the neighborhood to frequent and found it here. My first visit was during the OB Restaurant Walk in 2012. Shelly the bartender made me feel like a regular even though it was my first time in. It has an "everybody knows your name feel" and I am always surprised by the interesting clientele that I bump into. Plenty of stories are shared and it has never failed to be a good experience. I've met writers, carpenters, nurses, coast guarders... you name it. Â Plus they have cheap drinks and Jell-O shots for a buck. It's easy to get carried away in such a friendly, laid back environment. Ohh, play some Clutch on the jukebox, it will make they day that much cooler.
