Great craft beers! Though, I'm skeptical about the quality of the beers shelved. I go for the fresh local stuff like Sculpin or other Ballasts because THEY ARE DELICIOUS and also because I know there is a rapid turnover which means mmmmm good... I tried a Monk's Cafe Flemish Ale from there just recently and it was not in good condition. I had tried it previously from another store about a year ago and it was super effervescent and full of body. The best I can describe the recent one is - flat. AND THIS MAY NOT BE THE FAULT OF THE LIQUOR STORE! I realize that, but its worth mentioning; insert grain of salt here! I also like that they have a few craft sodas like Ginger beer by Bundaberger (I think this is the brand name). . Found Coronado's Sock Knocker here a few days ago but heard they are already out !
OK, here is the BEST part about Liticker's... There is a Mexican food place inside the store! I was SUPER skeptical the first time I went, but they actually have some of the best selection for a fast food Mexican shop. It's varied in selection and there are a couple salsa that are really delish on their salsa bar, nice spice but not burning. The only thing I've tried that was not good is the rojo enchiladas. The sauce is WAY too salty, and I'm not an anti-salt person. It was just too much. The service is so-so. Sometimes really nice and attentive, other days a little off. Its ok though, its still a great neighborhood Mexican joint.
Hi!
Are you looking for a bomb diggidy mex spot with an abundance of unique veggie options? Well you found it here! Really good food. Everything made fresh. Usually there is only one person running the show so don't go here if you need your food out in 5 mins. It's located inside the liquor store so it's a little different. They recently revamped the place with a face lift inside and new bigger table outside.
Check it out.
OH they have an array of hot sauces to die for. From mild and tasty to mouth scorching-ly flavorful.
