Well wat can i say good food but dissapointed with the place ever since moving in the area i would go here for pizza till a couple of days ago wen i dined in. It was around 10 at night sat down with family and there was a drunk dude behind saying dumb stuff nobody told him to stop mayb cuz he was waiting for food then gets up to our table like we knoe the dude it was kool went away then goes again and puts a bag a chips in our table like wtf really. All these workers or owners standing there not saying nothing very unprofessional then we finally get our food. And bam. The lady drops a wing in her carry tray kool no problem but then she grabs it from there with her bare hand from tray to my ladies plate.lmao very unsanitary. Makes me wonder wat else dont they drop and put bak  on a plate. Not a word from any of them saying sorry for the disturbance with the guy or our food we didnt say nothing paid and left but thas one less customer that will go. As much as like there pizza dont wonna sit and wonder if they dropped any of these and put it bak on our order. NO WAY. Thanks. But will never go bak !!!!!!! Mostly for that insanitary thing she did they use dirty rags to clean then use them to carry dirty dishes bak. Yuck. !!!!! Unsanitary and unprofessional !!!!
Review Source:Two words: Gyro Pizza. It's always my go-to, along with a side of Fried Ravioli. The service is top notch and they're open till 4am...again, 4AM!!! Location is on a high-traffic turn (Elston turning into Milwaukee), but parking can be found. I also agree with the comment below regarding the breaded Steak Sandwich, now that gets 5-stars.
Review Source:The pizza here used to be pretty darn good (like ten years ago.) I have ordered a couple of times in the last couple of years and it now sucks pretty bad. The only thing keeping the place from getting one star from me is they have late hours of operation and delivery. I doubt I will order from this place again.
Review Source:When it comes to Pizza in this area of the city there are a ton of great choices and I don't think you could go wrong with any of them. Â I have a number of favorites and I tend to order a certain type of topping from each place.
Chikago Pizzaria is my Sausage and Pepperoni place to go. Â Their crust, cheese and sauce compliment the sausage and the pep just great.
Of all the places in the area this one I tag as a Guys pizza joint. Â If I've got the guys over for a sporting event or card game then I default to Chikago and I have a number of picky friends and yet they all enjoy this pizza. Â Goes great with a cold beer and the Bears on TV. Â Though the Bears can give you indigestion sometimes.
This is probably about a 3.5 star review but the following factors bump it up to 4,
1) Great customer service
2) They're open til 4am on the weekend.
3) They pretty much deliver anywhere
The thin crust pizza is good, tangy sauce, flaky crust, and good toppings. The breaded steak sandwiches are surprisingly good. They have excellent steak fries. The pan pizza is good as well, for an unusual but good twist try it with gyro meat yes that's a topping here! My favorite is the calzone, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. Cheesy and they don't skimp with the filling. And a nice big cup of marinara on the side. To me this is a good late night joint and certain things are very good here. Should also note that a friend told me the Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo is very good here, but that's word of mouth more than anything. If you're up for some good late night eats and within seemingly a five mile radius this place is definitely worth a try.
There really isn't anything stellar about the fare here. Â What's amazing is HOW LATE this place is open!
I used to live in Jeff Park, and the ex factor and I looooved coming home after the bars closed, ordering up some grub and watching some bad tv or B grade movie.
The beef sammiches and greek salad are pretty good, and the thin crust 'za isn't bad either!
Everyone has their favorite neighborhood pizza place, and this is mine. It's good pizza. Not amazing, but excellent local Pizza. The plain cheese thin crust pie isn't greasy or have an inordinant amount of herbs or other weirdness in the sauce. The crust is crisp around the edge, warm and chewy in the middle. It's a very solid pizza. But what's really nice is the stuffed crust, something very poorly done at a lot of places in chicago(Giordano's, I'm looking at you) despite chicago's reputation for excellent deep dish pizza.
The sauce on the stuffed crust is bright red, not  dark red or (ugh) reddish brown without too many seasonings, but enough to take the tang out of the tomato. The crust is crisp and chewy, and thick enough to accomodate the ingredients, so that you don't end up with an insane drippy mess(again, Giordano's I'm looking at you). In fact, that's another huge plus about this place; the pizza is good cold and reheats fairly well.
Take my advice, don't get the other stuff on the menu; it's fairly uninspired. It's a pizza place, go and get a pizza. If you live out this way, Call in, stop by and pick up a pie. You won't regret it. And you'll come back.
