For a chain restaurant to open in a new market, this Chipotle is doing surprisingly well. I've been to other "pioneer market" stores (Little Rock, AR) and they usually are not as well run. Louisville got it right, both management and the employees seem like they've done it for awhile. Staff was friendly, and I love the location. This will be the start of hopefully several others opening all around the Louisville metro. Keep up the awesome work. I can be a regular at Chipotle again!
Review Source:I'm originally from the DC/VA area and moved here because of work 3 years ago. Â Can I just say that, I was SO excited when I heard the news that Louisville was finally getting a Chipotle!! Â My first thought, I don't have to drive to Lexington to get my fix! Â My husband and I went the day of the opening and it was packed. Â I agree with the first review, that the seating was pretty tight but that's the city for ya. Â Everything here is delicious, fresh and I love the fact that all the meat is naturally raised. Â My favorites are the burrito bowl and I always ask for a flour tortilla on the side and the soft tacos! Â They still need a little work but I'm sure once everyone gets the hang of things everything will fall in place. Â By the way I HEART the chips and guac!! Â I can't wait till they open another location! Â I can only hope it's close to me!! Â :-)
Review Source:Pretty good. They just opened (after a week's delay) and they still have kinks to work out (like running out of crunchy taco shells). It's enough like Qdoba to be familiar but still a little different. The restaurant itself is tiny -- can't wait till they open more accessible locations.
