  Eh.. What can i say? They need 5 people behind the counter to do a two man job on a slow Saturday night. It's mediocre Mexican food on the go. Headed to the city tonight and wasn't in the mood to wait in a long line for some good food.

  I can't say i've been coming for years..........but i figured "i'll give it a whirl"
  Stopped in for lunch and this place was packed!  I had no clue what i was doing or how it worked when you ordered and the workers that day weren't very friendly or helpful to me.   I just wanted some tacos!  is that so hard?  
  first worker takes the order and passes the shells to the next worker who then asks you what kind of meat i wanted.  they they fill it and pass it down to the last person for the toppings.  not a hard process, but they had this attitude with me.  i also ordered some chips n salsa........not bad.  
  over all, the tacos were good, chips are chips and salsa had some kick!
  
  I'd go back............if in the area.  i think its better than Taco Bell........but like Taco Bell, it goes right through you, so make sure you're not far from a washroom!!!!

  The workers are good albeit easily distracted. The portions are skimpy on the meat bug otherwise not too shabby of a place to get dome quick grub. There isn't another one too close do they have that on their side.

  My girl picked up dinner there on Tuesday, too hot to cook.  I got a chicken burrito bowl and half way through, I realized that there was a tiny piece of clear plastic in my burrito bowl.  When I called to let them know they were serving people plastic, no one answered.  Never again.

  I'm shocked about bad reviews for this location. I was in there on Monday after the lunch rush like 2ish.  The guy who was in front of me I couldn't believe how big they had stuff burrito it was literally like football.  I order chicken bowl to go , black beans I ask for extra scoop of black beans & she did it. What made made me  surprise is that they didn't charge me extra , usually at other chiplotles they nickel & dime and only give little scoops. I was very happy w service here as the staff was very friendly. The layout is kind of strange. But overall will go back.

  This location isn't the greatest. Maybe it's because they just opened but they have some work to do. I've been there a few times and each time they don't put much in their burittos and bowls. It's the smallest portion size of any chipotle that I have ever been too.

  I will likely come back because I do love Chipotle, but they have some work to do at this new location.  They don't know how to roll burritos and the mixture of ingredients was all off.  I was swimming in sour cream!

  I must admit that when I found out that a Chipotle was opening within a block of home, I was very disappointed. I have never liked the food at Chipotle. There are so many wonderful Mexican restaurants in Chicago. I get the fast food experience thing, but when I think of Chipotle, I think of gooey glops of slop piled on a tortilla. There is no flavor or quality to it at all.
  
  Well, I broke down and decided to give this one a try because it is a new neighbor. My mistake. I got 3 tacos and an order of guacamole to go. Mom Christopher and I each had a taco. They were dreadful. The steak was fatty and flavorless. The other toppings were awful as well. Mom threw hers out, which she never does, but said she just could not eat it. The guacamole wasn't too bad, but the chips were almost sour tasting.
  
  Although I shall NEVER return, I am giving them 2 stars instead of 1 because I do like that they buy pasture raised beef , etc. I just wish I didn't feel like there were pasture patties included in the food. For those of you who like this sort of food, this is the sort of food you like. Enjoy!
