Did not have any plates. Did not have any cups. Had to wait 5 min. for a steak knife. These comments were saved as a draft from an experience I had there over a year ago. I did not get chance to post them until now. A lesson to management, an agry customer is more damaging than a happy one. "Take care of the customer and the business will take care of itself" Ray Crock said that... I think you should follow in his footsteps.
Review Source:I've been to this Old Country Buffet plenty of times and my most recent visit was probably the best. The food was better than most of the times I've been here and the people were friendly. Arceli, I believe was cleaning our table pretty quickly and was so much nicer than the servers I've encountered here before.
