The food is still really good, and the beer on site is really good and also some of the more unique flavors you will find at a microbrewery like a salted caramel porter. However on my last visit the service was lacking and I had a few issues with the waiter. First was lack of knowledge of the beers on site, the group I was with was handed a piece of receipt tape with the tap list written on it, and the second was trying to tell our group that an amber ale and red ale were the same thing. That being said it won't ever stop me from going back to this place it was just a good reminder to go when it is less busy and to sit either at the bar or in eyesight of the beer menu so that way you know what you want.

Enjoyed the visit - drinking local beers on the patio in the summer - need I say more.... I did not sample the food but the service was good and the beer was refreshing. Don't let other reviewers dissing the service discourage you from visiting this place. Well worth it. Rare find in Southeast Aurora!  Go!!   Support your local mom and pop shop!!!!
    Instant fan.

When they did tap takeover it was one of the best breweries in town. What a great idea. Sadly they took it away, but I've heard rumor that it will be back this summer. It gives you the opportunity to try local beers alongside dad and dudes fantastic beers.

The food sells itself. It is by far and away my favorite brewery and eatery combination. It dwarfs the Blake street tavern, which is actually very cafeteria.

I've had the privilege to meet the owners Mason and his dad. Both are very warm. Despite the fact that I'm sure they would never remember me, their demeanor would suggest they've known me for years every time. Scott and Garrett are entertaining bartenders that make you want to go back everyday.

Please come and check this place out. You can't go wrong. It's tucked in a shopping plaza, but as X always represents, Dad and Dudes always hits the spot.

Come for the food, leave for the service.

Seriously, I hate doing this, but the service I had here was mostly terrible. It's a shame too, because the food and beer make it worth being here.

I ordered the Tree Hugger and Fahrenheit 451 pizzas, which were both delicious. The crust is obviously handmade and the pizzas are full of interesting ingredients. I preferred the Fahrenheit simply because I like spicy. The crust is doughy, but not heavy and the toppings were great. Their secret is great cheese, which I appreciate.

I also like their beer. I tried both IPA and wheat beers they had (it seems like it rotates) and both were fresh and bright. I could write a longer story about their beer, but I'd rather get to the main point here:

Holy cats was my service lousy. Our server was not only infrequent and uninterested, they were also many and confusing as to who was actually waiting on our table. I've served a lot of tables in my life, and I hate knocking on the service, but it was truly terrible. I walked up to the bar to get another beer, one server tried to take away our plates before we were finished and if you're seated next to a table of mildly attractive middle-aged men who our servers found irresistible for some reason, you might as well be seated on the moon.

Seriously great food. Seriously lousy service. I'm sorry, but I'm not sure I'll do much more than takeout from here. And it's nowhere near where I live so that might not be for a while.

We visit Dad and Dude's weekly.  The beer is quality and so is the food.  My favorite  is the meatball sandwich.  The small sandwich is served with rosemary fries and is quite a large portion.  I can't even imagine eating the regular.  The pizza is very good, as are the bomber/popper appetizers.  The bartenders are always very friendly and Dad is usually there to make sure everyone is happy.  I have two small children, and they love the macaroni and cheese.  Dad and Dude's serves them REAL food, not microwave easy mac.  They love the homemade bread sticks that accompany their meal.

The food here was pretty good, but not good enough to make up for the horrible service we received. The hostess sat us down and gave us menus without saying more than a few words. I usually hear, "enjoy your meal," or "your server will be right with you," but instead she plopped the menus down and walked away with a frown on her face. Ok, that was awkward, but we stayed optimistic at least until our waitress came over. She didn't introduce herself or ask how we were doing...nothing she just asked us what we wanted to drink. When we asked for a drink menu she seemed to become annoyed that we asked and told us they didn't have one. She showed us a piece of paper taped to her ordering pad with a few beers written in sharpie. After writing down our orders, she would literally just walk away without saying anything. She approached the table to bring napkins/plates etc. without saying a single word to us. It was clear that she wasn't shy, just in a horrible mood. The bartender approached us multiple times to ask us if we needed anything and to see how our food was, which was refreshing, but not enough to make up for the way the waitress was treating us. It was, by far, the worst customer service I had ever received. We walked out without speaking to a manager because, at that point, it just wasn't worth it. It's sad and disappointing that two employees can completely ruin our experience there. We definitely won't be back.

Stuck in the 'burbs when visiting my mom, there aren't a whole lot of non-chain options. I had heard about this place and decided to give it a try--before reading other reviews. Coulda, Shoulda, Woulda...

Upon walking in, we were completely ignored for about 5 minutes as the hostess was talking to a waiter? the manager? some guy? about who was getting cut next and who would be staying on to close. Not even a glance our direction. Oh hey there! We're here to eat...kinda annoying to start.

The service wasn't much better throughout the meal. The food was 'aight. Nothing to return for. I ordered a veggie calzone and my ma had the "popular" mac-and-cheese. Both were fine, but not great.

The beer was kinda disappointing. None of the 4 tasters that I ordered were all that interesting and the "sour" that they had was hardly sour. It was actually pretty malty and more Saison-like. I actually like Dank (their "collaboration" IPA with Prost), but the IPA they had on tap was boring and nothing I'd bother with again. There were two others, a coffee something and a toffee something, but again, not memorable.

The stinger was that at the end, we were charged for a beer that we didn't even order. The table next to us had ordered it and sent it back. And then we were charged for it? It took forever to track down our waitress after noticing the error and it took even longer to get it fixed.

This is probably the best pizza crust to be found in all of Denver.  Coupled with some of the best brews - it's a combination not to be missed.  One of my favorites in the Denver area.

Great selection of beer and the pizza is decent.  Really like this spot for lunch.  Good selection and unique combinations on the pizzas.

Will continue to go here.  I really like being able to support a good local business.

    This place had decent beer.
The service was bad news bears. Ordered right away, waited 15 minutes for our beers. Then waited another 45 for...cold, room temp food. When asked how it was we mentioned the frigid food and were told they would get us new dishes right away. Alas, round 2 came 25 mins later, and not hot.
Disappointed since it was "date night" with the hubs and since we have 2 toddlers, we rarely go out much now.
I won't be back. Sad face.

Terrific local place in Centennial.  Wonderful beers, pizza, sandwiches and appetizers.

Tom, the owner, and Mark, our favorite waiter, are genuinely warm and hospitable.  They are always very kind to our 9 year old.

We've been here over 12 times - consistently good every time.

This place is a treat.  Go and you will not be disappointed.

At least the owner is customer-service savvy. I need to change my one-star review to at least three stars even though I haven't yet tried the food here because Dude actually went out of his way to contact me personally to apologize for my less-than-stellar experiences at his restaurant, and to ensure that the next time I'm in town, it'll be better. THAT is how you run a business, so two thumbs up and an updated review for taking the time out to deal with ALL your customers, Dad and Dude's.

I love to see a locally owned restaurant make it and this place has all the ingredients to do so. We didn't eat the pizza but I had the habanero chicken sandwich and some fries and everything was outstanding. We started with their version of a jalapeño popper and that was also outstanding. The rosemary french fries were cooked to perfection and had a punch of flavor. I had a root beer that they made in house and that was outstanding.

I will be back and I will let you how that pizza is once I get past all the other great menu items they have that look good!

I came because I had  $10 coupon from one of the local high school fund raiser coupon books, and I'm kicking myself that I haven't tried this place before.  It's not the biggest brewery and they don't have much else on tap besides their own beer, but that's okay.

I came alone on a random Wednesday night and despite the slow service, the hostess and waitress were both extremely friendly and welcoming, as was the manager, who made his rounds and visited with everyone.

I had the Fahrenheit 451 pizza, and when they say Ghost Pepper sauce, believe me when I say it's no joke (they rate up to 1,000,000 scoville units).  The crust on these pizzas is seriously good eats.  Crunchy outside but slightly chewy on the inside.  Ingredients were fresh, I just wish it didn't cost $12 for a small (8") pie.  Good place to go if you have a coupon.

I really loved this place- came on a Wednesday night around 5 p.m. during happy hour and got two of their 303 wheats for $6. Not bad especially when it was like an upgraded version of Blue Moon. I was impressed with the selection of their home brews noting that previous reviews have mentioned that they were out of a lot I did notice that they had about 6 of theirs on tap.

For food I got a side salad with the sweet chili vinagrette which had just the right amount of spice with  red pepper flakes. The salad left a bit to be desired lettuce wise (it didn't blow me away but then again it's lettuce) but the dressing made up for it.

The pizza I ordered was the Farenheit 451 which had cream cheese, jalapenos (fresh ones not the jarred kind), blue cheese (not overpowering), spicy ghost sauce (a kicked up version of buffalo), chicken, and onion (which i subbed for black olives as I'm not a fan).  Holy tastebuds! It was delish and I got extra spicy ghost sauce on the side which was amazing. The crust was phenomenal and I think it's cool for my friend, that they do have a gluten free crust.  I have to say my expectations were a bit high after having my friends rave about this place and I have to say that the food and beer delivered.

A side note I did order a medium thinking that the small would not provide me with enough sustenance for leftovers- ha no! I have more than half my pizza left which is awesome but my eyes were def bigger than my appetite. I def think two girls could share one- two boys? They should prob go with the large. Prices were a little more expensive than other places but I like supporting local and their ingredients clearly were good quality.

Lately I have not been impressed by the service at certain establishments and being a recovering server (yes I say it like I'm a recovering alcoholic because it takes a long time to get over how much people really suck) it's a bummer to go somewhere and the food is great but the service is below par. NOT HERE!! Sherri was our server and she was awesome- attentive without hovering and when we were boxing our stuff up she offered to get me a to go container of the spicy ghost sauce. Without hesitation she deserved 20% and I will def come back!

I thought the sound level was good and it seems like a cool place to come on a Friday or Saturday night to get some pizza and have a beer and just chill with some friends. Very relaxed atmosphere.

Luckily this place is less than a 10 minute drive for me and I can't wait to take my man here for some good eats :)

I set my expectations a little too high for the pizza, which was ok, but nothing to write home about.  Since it's a little out of the way from my home or work, I probably won't be going back, but I recommend it to those who like to support local brewers.  Speaking of which, were ok.  I tried the wheat beer and it too was nothing to write home about.  If I remember correctly, there were at least 9 varieties on tap, but I didn't examine the beer menu too closely.  On a Friday night around 7:30 PM, it took us 15 mins to be seated.

On a disappointing note, we were witness to what appeared to be bad customer service at a table across from us.  It was too loud to hear the conversation, but here's what I gathered from by observation.

Table makes complaint to waitress that they paid too much for glass of wine.  It looked like they were arguing that the glass was not sufficiently full.  Bar manager comes out and makes the restaurant's case.  Customers appears to still not be satisfied.  Waitress returns to table with empty wine glass, water, and measuring cup to demonstrate how "N" ounces (their standard serving) appears in their wine glasses.  Waitress measures cup and pours.

Again...please remember that I couldn't hear the conversation and don't know the particulars or details of the customer's complaint.  I just think the restaurant took it WAY to far by brining out a measuring cup to try and prove their point.

    Oh well.

Are you kidding me?  This is Colorado's smallest brewery?  You could have fooled me judging by the quality of the beers that I have tasted here.  The beer menu changes often, but the quality does not.

What about the pizza?  In my educated opinion, Dad and Dudes offers a true Colorado-style pizza.  The toppings are all of the highest quality, freshly prepared and perfectly proportioned.  But we all know that the foundation for a great pizza lies in the quality of the crust.  Dad and Dudes uses some of the spent grains from their beer production in their crust.  The result is a unique texture and taste that makes me want to move in here.  Screw anyplace in Colorado that claims to offer Colorado-style pizza, just because they serve it with honey for the pathetically lifeless crust.  Dad and Dudes should be Colorado's official pizza.  It is worth the drive if you are not in the area.

Great staff, outstanding pizza, pleasant decor, loyalty program and hooks at the bar for the ladies' purses.  What more do you want?

The pizza was so delicious and the beer matched it perfectly. I don't think I'd have one without the other.

Don't let this place's location fool you! This place is a hidden gem. The food is damn good! I had the BBQ chicken pizza and my wife had one of their Italian noodle dishes with chicken and they were pretty damn good. As well, I had a couple beers and they were refreshing and satisfying.

Unfortunately, they aren't in the business of making mixed drinks. I had a margarita there and it was definitely less than stellar. Note to self: Order beer when you go to Dad and Dudes, NOT MIXED DRINKS.

Otherwise, I definitely would go back and I would take the family to enjoy the pizza, wings, and pasta.

Dad and Dude, you are now a part of the Wright Family!

I have been here twice now. Both times we sat out on the patio which is great when the weather is nice. First time we went we had a pizza and the second time I had a calzone. Both were really delicious. I also tried their blueberry wheat ale, my favorite type of beer, and I was really impressed. It had good flavor but not overpowering (not too sweet and not too strong), nice and subtle.

My only complaint is that a majority of their dishes have mushrooms on them and I hate mushrooms. If they added a few more options with no mushrooms, I would add the extra star.

Dad & Dudes is a Brewery located in the suburbs of Denver.  While I usually try to stay clear of shopping centers, Dads & Dudes is a great local spot mixed among chain stores.  This brewery serves tasty food alongside their handcrafted beer.  While Dad's & Dudes makes a handful of beers the feel here is more of a restaurant than a brewery.  You'll find a seating in the bar area, dining room and a number of patio tables.

We opted to sit in the bar area since this visit was about taking an afternoon break; and were just interested in getting some drinks and a snack.  This family friendly establishment has a great menu.  The pizzas and sandwiches sound delicious.  My daughter & I shared an order of the Breweria Wings.  The hot sauce was a bit too hot for my daughter so they let us split the wings up with half hot and half spicy teriyaki.

While the food was good the main reason for our visit was to check out some of the beer.  I decided to go with the Oatmeal Porter.  I'm a fan of porters and this one did not disappoint.  I had hoped to sample more beers, but the afternoon doldrums got the best of me.

We had wonderful service, and I enjoyed the food and beer. I think Dad & Dude's is a great place to hang with some friends and enjoy a bite and a beer. In an area that is lacking breweries and can feel overrun with chains, Dad & Dude's Breweria is a nice alternative to the suburban lifestyle.

    Beer - solid 4 stars
    Food - solid 3 stars
    Service - shaky 2 stars

Let's start with the good news - WATERMELLON BEER! So flipping fantastic and perfect on a lazy hot Sunday evening early dinner with the famdamily. The WATERMELLON flavor hit you at the back end of the sip and didn't over power the beer like some gimmicky beers tend to.

For dinner, we started with a couple apps, a jalapeño cheese bread and a rolled pizza dealio (name escapes me) and both were good. I had been eating like a swine all weekend so I went with the spinach salad for dinner; had heard it was good. It was fine, pedestrian and it AIN'T NO DINNER SIZE. For $9, I expected more than a nice sized side salad.

Now, the service? Well, our waiter was nice, but his station was way, way too big and it was way, way too crowded for them to be skimping on servers. He did his best, but generally wasn't around.

Would I go again, the beer was enough to make that a simple yes. Next time, I might try a more bar food option and leave the lettuce to the bunnies and waifs.

I've come back to Dad and Dudes several times since my first review, and I have to say I am really beginning to like it more and more.  They do have good wings, the meatballs are excellent, and the pizza sauce is hard to beat.

Four of us came here on Friday night for dinner, we were sat and greeted promptly, and our server, Krissi, was instantly awesome!  She was very friendly and patient and took very good care of us.  This time around we ordered a medium 420 and a small Munchies, and both were absolutely the best I have had here.  The 420 has very tasty sausage, and the sauce really enhanced all of the flavors.  The Munchies was surprisingly great, with fresh jalapenos and crisp red onions accompanied by volcanic dollops of cream cheese.  That plus the meatball appetizer was the perfect amount of food for the four of us, and we all left full and happy.

The only downside of the evening was the lack of their own beers, which I would have preferred to sample as I can get the other offered selections anywhere.  They had a blond on tap which was pretty good, but they seem to run out of at least half of their house made beers every time I'm here. However, having a nitro Milk Stout by Left Hand made up for it.

Each time I come here it's been better, and I'll be getting both of those pies again real soon.  Hopefully they can start keeping up with the demands for the beer.

    Cheers!

If you live in this area, I highly recommend you give this place a try.  The Great Gatsby dip is delicious as well as the spicy teriyaki chicken wings.  I don't really drink beer because it's nasty, but the names of their brews piqued my curiosity.   I tried a pint of their Liquid Resume and by golly it was the least disgusting of all beers I've ever had in my life.  That's a compliment by the way.   I actually drank most of it.  So there.

My only issue was with the sound system.  The PA really sucks which makes playing Geeks Who Drink trivia more challenging than it should be.  The sound comes out distorted and also echoes.  I was sitting less than three feet from the Quiz Master and could barely hear/understand what he was saying.  On the plus side, I placed 8th amongst 14 teams even though I was playing solo and made up a lot of answers.  Either I'm a genius or the other players were hitting the sauce pretty hard.

Anywho, the staff was really friendly and pretty good about making sure you had everything you needed.  Parking is not an issue since they're located in a shopping mall.

This is a great little independently owned brew pub located amidst a sea of chain stores and restaurants.

They have an excellent beer selection that is always changing. Half of the beers are produced in-house (you can actually see the brew area behind the bar through a window), the rest are "guest beers" from other microbreweries in the area. You can pretty much always find something to suit your tastes.

Speaking of tastes, the food is also pretty excellent. They use the spent grains for the dough that the pizza is baked on, so be sure to try that. Recycling! You can make your own pie, but the pre-sets are pretty good. I like the 420 deal ($20 pizza feeds 4 people).

The interior has really high ceilings, which can make hearing the audio of the trivia (every Thursday!) kind of hard, but the patio seating outside is where it's at in the warm weather months. Staff is always friendly, if not a little overworked from the crowds!

we went here on a yelp "free coupon" but little did i know that you must know how to read to use these. We went at 6ish and the coupon was "late night 9pm" Oh what a fool am i, but I WILL BE BACK TO USE IT because the food is pretty decent.

I got an app, and blackmailed my boyfriend into eating some too. We got the thai peanut chicken wings. Nice spicy, thai peanut sauce. Only issue is that the felt like they were fried on the sun. Could not hold or eat them for about 5 minutes.. It also came with ranch? which seemed like an odd pair- spicy asain and ranch. Maybe next time a side of the peanut sauce.

I got pepper jack mac n cheese, and my man got italian beef sandwich. THE SANDWICH IS HUGE.. like small child sized, overflowing with beef, onions and peppers. My mac and cheese.. again cooked on the face of the sun in its little iron skillet. Spicy jack cheese, prosciutto ham (very salty tasted like country ham) gooey, and topped with bread crumbs. it also came with 2 garlic bread twirls.

They had tons of beer, which sadly i cannot stand, however my man had a ellie's brown (?), it looked like guiness and he said it was ok.

Also around good food and service. LOTS of choices which means I will be back.

I would definitely return here. Our server, Roby, was pretty awesome and made the experience even better.

The hostess was nice, and let us know the server had just been sat so she was going to give him 5 minutes so he didn't get two at once. Had I not been a server in my previous life, I would be a little annoyed, but I'm glad she was honest with us and didn't slam the server with two tables.

The food was very unique in a way that made it great for a sustainable nerd like me and an 'I don't care just feed me' way for my dad and Husband. We had the jalapeno poppers to start, and if you're looking for what I was expecting (deep fried jalapenos filled with cream cheese), be prepared to be disappointed but wowed at the same time. These are little rings of dough wrapped around sliced jalapenos with cream cheese on the inside. Totally different, but great. And spicy.

We had a large pizza (420 I think?) with the artisan crust. The pizza was really delicious, and the kalamata olives on top gave it a sweet flavor.

Husband and Dad enjoyed the beer, and when my husband's questions went above Roby's head, he did the noble thing and admitted it. Husband still really enjoyed the beer though and I'm sure we'll be back.

I tell you the only thing that I am disappointed about D & D is that we went so long without trying it before now!  OK, maybe the location - it is in the Cornerstar shopping area on the corner I like to call the vortex Arapahoe & Parker Rd. (mostly because the traffic makes my head spin).

Still the afternoon we hit up the place it was pretty quiet. It was easy to find a spot to park (tons of parking) and we got a seat easily (a nice booth, but they also have a little patio too).

We tried some of their micro brews and had a pizza.  The stout was deep and rich and the liquid resume (I think that is what it was called) was nothing too special.  Still I love trying the small batch beers.  I feel like I need to try them all!

At any rate the service rocked, the pizza was tasty and the beer was great.  We will be back!

Dad & Dudes has been on our list to try for a while and we finally decided to give them a shot.

They have happy hour from 3-6pm and beers on tap are $3 and the apps are $3 off. We got the cheese fries, which I think came to $5 after the happy hour discount. The cheese fries (i.e. "Dad Fries") were excellent. Hand cut and covered with cheese and peppers. The ranch dipping sauce was a perfect complement, too.

We also shared a 12" custom pizza (pepperoni and sausage and artisan crust). It was one of the better pizza's I've had in a while. The dough was crispy and flaky, the cheese was just gooey enough, and all the toppings were crisp just the way I like them.

Service was excellent and quick. The server was very helpful and explained the different beers. We each tried a couple different beers and my favorite was the 80 Shilling.

Since we got happy hour prices the bill actually wasn't too bad. I could definitely see adding them to the rotation!

I've given this place some mixed reviews in the past - when it's good, it's very good, and when it's bad, it's terrible.  But it's Mother's Day, and everywhere else is hopping.  Not this place, which is good.  Since our last visit, they've revamped the menu, they have an iPhone app (free appetizer just for downloading) and they support Yelp! as I found out when I checked in.

Let's talk Root Beer first.  It's not good.  It's great.  It's brewed on site.  It's a limited edition glass of awesomeness.  We drank the last of it - sorry.  Better Luck next month.  They really need to make more of this stuff.

Our freebie appetizer was meatballs, served with garlic cheese sticks and stuffed peppers.  Winner: The bread sticks.  A nice soft chewy bread stick that was so packed of flavor, my wife had to order more with her meal.  The meatballs were good, but not great.  They had a nice caraway-type flavor and a good texture.  The stuffer peppers were window dressing and brought the whole dish down.  Hard as a rock, difficult to cut, and the filling of prosciutto and mozzarella was blown away by the heat of the pepper.

For my main course, I ordered the Ghost Chicken Dagwood Sandwich (mayo, tomato, onion, romaine lettuce and blue cheese).  The spice comes from the ghost pepper, which is one of the hottest.  To complement - baked rosemary fries.

The fries were really good, with a strong taste of rosemary that wasn't overpowering and a slight taste of vinegar.  The chicken was SPICY. More of a "chicken wing" spice but it lingers with the burn.  The bread stood up to the task, and the blue cheese was a nice counterpoint to the heat. Yes, my nose was running. If you like heat, this is the sandwich for you.

I need to talk about service, since that was core with my dissatisfaction in the past.  Service today was spot on and a vast improvement from our last couple of visits. Our server - Roby - was excellent (even if he did give us false hope of another keg of root beer)

I'm not quite sure they are back yet, but kudos for righting the ship and making this a go-to place once more.

A great little brewery located in an unlikely shopping center area. Steve and I had the Prohibition pizza here for lunch and it tasted great! The toppings tasted great and were fresh and the crust was baked to perfection!
The beer was also amazing! Their porter had a wonderful smoky chocolate flavor, the agave basil beer was also unique and innovative and my favorite beer thus far from is the Liquid Resume!
I don't think there would be much argument to say that this is the best brewery on southeast side of the metro area.

Overall: I HIGHLY recommend D&D's Breweria! Small batches of beer, spent grain pizza crust, TV's to watch games on, nice patio for days with warmer weather...

BF and I love craft beer... and we love pizza... put these two together and we have a great meal. D&D's delivers both of these. They brew their own beers in very small batches, hence their selection is always changing. Then they take that spent grain from the brewing process, and instead of feeding cattle or whatever, they make an amazing pizza crust with it. It is a must try. One of our favs is the Besto of Pesto and the Tommy Gun. Yum!

I wish I could give D&D's that fifth star but I feel like they need to be more consistent with service. Sometimes they are wonderful and everything is perfect and then there are other times when service is meh.

They can get pretty busy during those peak times but there is plenty to do in the area. Definitely give them a try.

I like the decor, for a moment I forgot I was in an outdoor mall. It's very "mannish" what with the $1 bills stapled to the wall behind the bar. We stopped in because I had a coupon of course.

Decided to try the Bombers, and I had a Conca Verde Panzerotti. Course, I'm not a fan of beer so we didn't order any because my husband only like Belgian Whites. Our bombers kinda... fell apart. Like, the ingredients fell outta the middle when trying to eat them.

The service was alright. The food was alright. This is the kind of place I would try again and see about something else on the menu. The food wasn't bad, and it was not too expensive. In fact, we didn't get to use our $25 or more coupon because we spent like $24.95 or something stupid like that. There wasn't a wait when we arrived, and based on my first experience I don't think I would wait for very long.

I first learned of this amazing brewpub/pizzeria at GABF when I sampled some of their fine craftsmanship firsthand! The beer that really made me want to check out their location in person, though, was their in-house brewed Basil Beer - which I figured would pair amazing with Pizza!

The location is kinda out of the way for us Denver-folk, but trust me - if you are into great pizza and beer - this is the place for you! Plus, this restaurant is also close to lots of shops and the chinese movie theatre down on Arapahoe if you are wanting to get your shop or date night on.

I don't really remember the pizza we ordered, but I can tell you in was fantastic! Loaded with lots of tasty toppings and freshly cooked and delivered to our table, it definitely hit the spot. We also ordered the pepper jack mac and cheese which was also fantastic - and let me just add that whoever thought of this idea was a genius! I know this concoction isn't new to the party, but pairing it with pizza made the meal even that much more delicious. Healthy? Probably not the most healthiest pairings of food, but delicious!?! Yes!

I ordered a sampler of beer to drink, as I wanted to venture out and try some of their other beers on tap. They were all great - I enjoyed the red and the agave wheat, but - not as much as the basil beer. It couldn't have paired any more perfect with the pizza!

If you are in this neck of the woods or down to have a food and beer adventure - this is the place for you, my friends. It's a cozy little pub, that is locally owned and operated (a plus - since it's  always great to support local businesses) and they have great food and beer. Have fun!
