The Derby Deli & Dueling Piano Bar

This place is LOUD, full of obnoxious people, and the pianists play a bunch of corny songs... so of course, I loved it. :)

If you're uptight and can't laugh at yourself, don't tell them it's your birthday/bachelorette party/etc because they WILL put all eyes on you as you stand on top of the piano and they sing you a song/have you dance/etc.

They have typical bar food; I'd skip it unless you're starving. Come with a group... have some drinks, dance, and have fun!

Unfortunately the reviews are true. The food was BAD even though I really hoped it wouldn't be! We went on Saturday night party of 10 and Derby was out of pastrami, corned beef and other various items on the menu. Settled for a burger and nachos (server said they had about 10 burgers left). Sad to say the burger was horrendous and for sure was a frozen patty which even tasted like it may have been rotten? Expensive drinks, great piano players but man someone needs to get in and help these guys learn how to cook! Eat at home, have a few drinks then go to derby for piano and dancing.

After 20 minutes no one waited on us and we walked out. There were 3 waitress but we didn't even get acknowledged.
