Between us, we ordered a pizza puff, fried mushrooms, extra thin crust pepperoni and green pepper pizza, italian beef sandwich and the jumbo spinach stuffed shells. What a disappointment. First, they called us to say that they were out of spinach shells, and "you'll get regular, ok?" I asked him what he meant by "regular," and he just kept saying "it's the regular, you get the regular," and was really rude. I said okay, fine, I'll take the regular, whatever that is.
The pizza puff and fried mushrooms were pretty good, but nothing special. The pizza was mediocre at best; it was really greasy and the crust was hard and tasteless. The italian beef sandwich was described by my boyfriend as "flavorless, dry meat on soggy bread." The shells turned out to just be 4 noodle shells (overcooked and mushy), stuffed with mealy, bland ricotta, in a boring marinara sauce, with almost half an inch of greasy water at the bottom. I ate 3 bites and couldn't keep going.
We agreed that this was one of the worst delivery experiences ever. Definitely never ordering from here again. Ugh.

I absolutely love the pizza from this place, the crust it's so good. Plus the staff is friendly and attentive. Not to mention their specials are really affordable and their menu is pretty extensive. I would recommend this place for a fast lunch, dinner, or grab and go. I go here for pizza at least once a week and it comes with a free 2 liter of pop and wings!

Other than Uno's and Gino's, I'm not big on deep dish pizza thing.  But Dino and Nick's serves up pretty good deep dish at this west Logan Square pizza joint.  I'd get the sausage and jalepeno delivered from D&N's and about two slices into it would be full.  The sauce is a little on the sweet side, so the jalepenos complimented and contrasted it in a good way.

Dino?  Nick?  I see your guys's sign each and every day to and from work from the Metra train.  One of these days I might just have to get off at the Healy stop and stop in and say "Hey!"

We've ordered from this place twice now. The first time we got stuffed crust, but I think they screwed it up and gave us deep dish. Everything tasted pretty good, but it was mostly a huge disc of 2" thick bread, sorta not cooked in the center (on both axes). The second time we ordered a thin crust, and apparently theirs is not of the cracker variety; merely half the size of the deep dish, which STILL translated to a ton of semi-raw bread.

Also interesting to note: they won't allow you to tip the driver when he/she gets to your place - they ask you on the phone after you've placed the order (with a credit card) if you want to leave a tip. The first time, I just said I'd tip in cash when he got there. I was quoted "about an hour" and he got here in about 35 minutes with a hot yet woefully heavy pizza. The second time, I didn't have any cash on me, and so I warily placed a $3 tip on the bill, muttering something like, "I guess I'll just hafta trust you..." I was again quoted "about an hour" and the pizza arrived in about an hour and twenty minutes with a kinda gross driver.

Sooo...tip after the delivery, get good service; tip before the delivery, get crappy service. Methinks I pay too much for greasy half-cooked dough and surly deliveryman. This is what I get for trusting...

I went to Dino and Nick's on the recommendation of my landlord. Actually she treated Jeff and I to it after we looked after her kitty and bunny a few times. It was rather tasty indeed. I usually am not a huge fan of pizza but their taco pizza was delicious. It was like nachos and a pizza crust. Not too much meat, not too many toppings, but they weren't skimping on them either.

Their actual pizzas (pan style) are very HUGE they have a ton of toppings and lots of cheese. They are pretty good, I am sure someone who loves traditional pizza would love it.
