To Thomas in Long Beach:
I have been going to Di Piazza's for over 15 years now, they are warm and inviting. They make you feel welcome the second you walk in the door. I am also in the music Industry and a Grammy Member of the LA Recording Academy. I have booked bands there and have never been disappointed with the owners, Management,& the staff  The food has been top notch. For you to write such a blatant bad review is really sad on your part. I am sure if you had gone back the next day and explained what had happened to you the night before when you were there. I am sure the owners would have been more than happy to have made it up to you in one way or  another. To trash ones business the way you have is wrong on every level and you should be ashamed of yourself!!! I would recommend this restaurant to any one looking for a wonderful and friendly atmosphere. They do try and accommodate  there clientele to have the very best experience they can have while in there establishment. People reading this review I have just given, please go and check Di Piazza's out. I promise you that you will not be disappointed. I will continue to recommend as I always have and continue to go back as I always have.. The food is great and does not kill your pocket book at the same time. The drinks are made very good as well and they do not over charge for what they serve and they are very generous as well. Go check out this place for yourself and then see that everything I have said is true and accurate!!
Thank You,
Sheila G.
I've been performing, eating, and partying at DiPiazza's for over 5 years. Mark and Maralyn are gracious hosts. They offer a service to young (and aging) performers, giving us a place to do what we love. We can happily and confidently invite our family and friends to come support our music while knowing they enjoy the food and beverages, as well. We even go in just for good food and to check out who's playing from time to time. My daughter LOVES the Irish Nachos! I enjoy the Vegetarian Antipasto salad, my guy loves the chopped Italian salad, and we all devour the diPiazza Combo pizza. They've added a nice selection of wines, too! This venue is a gem in the LBC!
Review Source:This place is disaster, the pizza was bland, crust soggy and way too doughy. Â There are much better places in the LBC for pizza and beer. Â Also too many wanna be hipsters hanging out here that cant hold their liquor and puking on the sidewalk out from of this place, causing real problems for the nice Park Estates neighborhood.
New York Pizza in Seal Beach is can make good pizza and for pizza and good craft beer go to Simmzys down in Belmont Shore on 2nd.
