El Chili Restaurant and Pancake House

We've ordered the breakfast food from here a few times and it has been pretty good. Mom had a Denver omelet and I had Huevos Mexicana the last time and both were fine. I can't really address the Mexican food, but we have no complaints about the breakfast fare and will order from here again.

This was the worst place in the world to eat at! We ordered a monte crisco sandwich that consists of ham, turkey, and swiss cheese and the meat tasted like spam on french toast!! My boyfriend ordered a hot turkey sandwich that tasted like a brick of salt with some random meat on it...if it was even real meat!!!! The worst place ever to eat at! We did not read the yelp reviews/rating so we did not know! We went to grub hub to order and they rated it better.  Please do not ever eat here save your money and your sodium intake!!

Decided to try this place out. Had all these grand opening signs and deals advertised. I haven't really seen it before. Has a new black awning displaying their name.

Go inside. Come to find out they have been around for like 5 years and are just re-grand opening for some reason.

Place is big, but the seating is a little off and nothing really matches really well. Looks like a bunch of odd and end old furniture put together.

Steak tacos. Not good. Meat is tough and fatty. Had a "cheap meat" flavor. Almost like liver. They cook it with jalapeno slices which I wish I had known because it was really spicey. Breakfast food was okay. Pancakes on the sweet side but tastes like a box mix that I use at home for waffles. Eggs were scrambled nicely. Bacon seemed like a think cut, but just not cooked very well. Kinda hard and chewy like leather. Hashbrowns were basic from a frozen mix...nothing fresh. Not much flavor either. Was not impressed with anything there. Waitress also wasn't very good.

Honestly, I wouldn't go back. Nothing was very good except the rice and beans. Don't bother. You wouldn't be missing anything.
