Crispy Vietnamese Crepes- NOT.  These are SOGGY, OILY Vietnamese crepes.  The flavors were fine, the sauce was great, but the whole crepe was sitting in a pool  of oil.  These crepes can be torn apart, rolled in the romaine leaves, and eaten with your hands.  I first put napkins under it to try to soak up the oil.  These were completely saturated and the crepes were still dripping.  Also, the shrimp were sliced into thin halves and some were not deveined.  I was really hoping this unassuming place would have great crepes, and they COULD if they just used 70% less oil.  The staff were very nice, but I can't understand why they would serve one of their specialties this way.
