Five-O Bar & Lounge

Great service here and completely empty on Tuesday nights so sit back, relax, and enjoy the music. The service is really friendly and down-to-earth. they regularly give me happy hour discounts or sometimes even their employee discounts. A few times our food orders have taken a long time and we were given free drinks or free appetizers to make up for the wait. and of course the 100 ounces of beer for under $30 is a reason to go in itself.

Came here with my friend for some food and drinks and let me tell you right now, NOT to get the food here. For one thing, if you're at the bar, you can clearly see a microwave, and from where i was sitting, you can see the non refrigerated sour cream, cheese, salsa, and another bag that looked like it needed to be refrigerated.  These items were in a plastic container over some kitchen cleaner solutions just sitting out in the open. Ummm yeah, i told my friend we are NOT getting food here lol unless we want stomach problems in the AM. Haha to confirm, we also asked the bartender if they have a kitchen in the back and he said no.  

Anyway, aside from the microwaved food, we just got drinks which were pretty bad.  It was also happy hour till 6p with i think 25% off drinks? i got their lava flow which is stirred and not blended which was actually pretty good and refreshing, i also tried their chi chi chi which was like a lava flow sans the strawberry but way too coconutty for me and my friend described it as something else that cant be mentioned hahaha ;).  My friend on the other hand got the mango margarita and the bartender couldnt even find the salt for her rim lol...totally unorganized and stuff everywhere.  Overall, drinks were ok and the bartender was ok and at least checked up on us.  But yeah, fair warning, def do not get food here!

Scene takes place in Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center. McGarrett and Danno enter from screen left investigating a suspect

McGarrett: Danno where is that guy going

Danno: Not sure but looks like he is in a hurry

McGarrett: (yelling at guy) Hey stop! Where are you going

(Guy starts running and McGarrett and Danno runs after him. They chase him up the stairs to the second floor near the Food Court. McGarrett tackles him and pins him down right in front of a bar called Five-O Bar & Lounge)

McGarrett: Why are you running?

Guy: I wanted to make sure I get a 60 oz tower before happy hour ends for $20. Everything from 12-6pm is 25% off with Happy Hour pupus. Plus I get validated parking!

Danno: Wow you know how much I LOVE food from Hawaii.

McGarrett: Alright settled lets call Kono and Chin Ho and tell them to come over

(Beautiful waitress comes by and approaches McGarrett and Danno)

Waitress: Hello boys would you want me to save a table for you in front of our many Flat Screen TVs, overlooking the lanai or near our stage for local entertainment?

Danno: Those tables look great and let's get started on drinks and food
