Ambiance- 5 star. Love it.

Staff: Maybe because it was glow night, but the cheap hooker outfits (including thigh highs) really throw off the place. Going into a classier club and seeing that staff. Makes you wonder if they swapped club staff for the night. Drinks are too pricey. Cheaper than places in St. Louis so overall impressed.

Kasey had asked why I wanted to leave so soon. I flat out said, "it's a little lame for my taste."

Work on your staff's clothing and I will try it again.

This place SUCKS!  My boyfriend and I sat at the bar where there were 5 scantily clad bartenders. They were so busy talking-story that nobody helped us. We sat at the bar, right in front of one of the bartenders who was training a new dude bartender and she glanced up at us, ignored us, and then continued to 'train' the new guy. You could tell he was super embarassed that we weren't being served. Finally, 10 min later when I was ready to walk out and when she was done with her training, she addressed us with absolutely no apologies. How the heck this place gets away with charging so much for alcohol with such poor service is beyond me.

Second time, boyfriend talks me into going there again. I ordered a pineapple mojito. The bartender made the worst drink I've ever been served -- it had so much syrup that I could not drink it. I asked to have it re-done, but kept my eye on the bartender to ensure she didn't spit in my drink. She remade the drink without attitude, but actually test-tasted my drink by drinking from the straw.

This place is really pretty inside, but I think the owner only cares about attractive employees. Service is definitely not a priority.

Today was my first and last day @ pearl. I went for Dolled out event and it was horrible. They advertised the event as starting @ 430; They kept us waiting until 6. The lady who was giving out the tickets for the activities lied to me about the number of activites each person can do.  I saw a manager give a bar tender a massage. Also employees were cutting in line to partake in the (mainly the) massage. The staff appear to want to serve only certain people. Oh, well! another $30+ check just walked out the door and is never gonna come back.
