My husband and I stopped in one day on our way back to Charlotte. Â We didn't have any food, but the beers were great and the service was FANTASTIC! Â The bartender was very knowledgeable and was quick to offer samples of unfamiliar beers. Â I am not as an adventurous of a beer drinker as my husband, but the bartender got me to try something outside my comfort zone and it was delicious!
Review Source:Foothills is a popular local haunt, and it's easy to see why. A nice list of quality brews and a tasty pub menu. Our most recent dining experience at Foothills was over graduation weekend, so there were out of a number of the beers that I would have liked to have tried. While there are certainly lots of choices in terms of salads, sandwiches, pizzas, etc., there are no real blow-me-away standouts. One tip: try the fried pickles, you won't regret it. ;)
Review Source:I've been to Foothills on several occasions, and I have to say the 3-star description of "A-OK" perfectly describes how I feel about my experiences here.  I really enjoy the , the decor, the location, and the house-made brews-- the seasonal beers are especially good, but the food tends to be a bit salty for my taste.  I haven't had everything on the menu, so I'm sure there are standouts, but the vegetarian options have left something to be desired in my experience.  Service is usually prompt, but  the crowds on Thursday/Friday/Saturday evenings can cause result in really long waits.  I'll probably be back when I'm in town for a beer and to hang out with friends because the space and location is pretty spectacular!
