This was a neat place. Â My husband and I were visiting my parents in Winston-Salem and turned to District Rooftop Bar and Grill. Â We sat inside, because in November it's a little chilly.
The food was good...nothing absolutely amazing, but spot on for what we needed at the time. Â We got the crap artichoke dip (so much for the diet) and it was delicious...
Unfortunately because it was so long ago and we only went for lunch, my brain doesnt remember what we ate. I know it was good and I know I want to come back in the summer and sit on the rooftop and drink some cocktails...I'll update my review then.
The District Roof Top Bar is just that. Â A roof top bar. Â Each time I have been for dinner or lunch it was more miss than hit and I am not into that style of restaurant. Â I am not a fan of the artificial butter or oil they use on the buns of a sandwich. Â It taste like Wendy's. Â Uggh
They have food and they usually have people there eating, however, if it were me, I would stick to the HUGE rooftop patio/bar. Â
The rooftop has great views of the city and a good crowd of folks to mix/mingle with.
If you are in the area stop in for a drink and hopefully you wont be disappointed.
