Found Kitchen and Social House

We watched this new restaurant go up for months,  eagerly waiting for it to open.   Finally it did and we gave it a try after it settled down a bit.

They don't take reservations,  so go early.  We got there at 6:15pm and we told it would be 15-25 minutes for a table.  

We sat at the bar and had a drink, which I didn't like, so the friendly bartender tossed it out and made Found's version of the Manhattan.... wow!!  Yummy and a bit chocolaty!

We sat down about 25 minutes after we got there at what they called "the kitchen table", which is a tall bench for 2 at the bar, were we watched the two female (yay!) chefs who worked quickly and in tandem while the caller called out what was needed for each order to Ashley, the head chef.

Plates are shared, so we went with the beet salad,  polenta (I almost licked the plate!), grilled octopus, lamb meatballs and for dessert,  we tried both the orange pound cake and Turkish coffee gelato sundae, which was AMAZING!

I give this terrific new eatery 4 stars because I believe the should take reservations and make a better waiting area, as it was difficult to maneuver out of the restaurant with the crowd that had gathered by the time we left.
