Four Seasons

Stopped by a few weeks ago and after 18 years the Four Seasons has updated their menus.    Probably needed an update along with some added options.  All the same excellent staff but be sure to checkout the new menus.  18 years with same menu that has to be a restaurant business record.

Very very good experience.  Stopped because of reviews.  My wife son and I ate for 16 bucks.  The quality for the price may be the best I've experienced in recent years.  I got the 3d house club and my wife got the 3d BLT.  Both came with large portion of steak fries.  Even. The pickles on the side seemed homemade.  Also came with generous bowl, not cup, of soup.  I had lentil and wife had potato.  Obviously homemade.  Brought out with basket of house rolls.   I was expecting thin sliced deli turkey on my sandwich.  In stead it was thick sliced oven roasted breast meat, right off the turkey.   Bacon was also top notch.  I asked for some horseradish and it was the real deal.  Fresh like my friends dad use to grow himself and make.  There were some awesome looking deserts in the display case but we had eaten enough so couldn't try.   The menus was huge with large variety from chicken and waffles t burgers and shakes.   We will be stopping off here again next time we pass through town.   Again , we walked away and couldn't believe the bill was only 16 bucks for the meal we jut had.   Gave it four stars because the service was just a little slow.   If we had been in a hurry it might have mattered more but we weren't.   The people that came in after us got their food pretty quick so no big deal.

I have this strange habit, of evaluating restaurants new to me based on their ability to make a good club house sandwich. So in search of said sandwich, Yelp directed me to Four Seasons. Here I found a father and son bonding over biscuits & gravy and pancakes, watched old couples shoot the breeze over iced tea, and was called "honey" by the server in the crisp white shirt. I came here expecting American, and I found American. And the club sandwich was exactly as it should have been.
