Hackney's

I was just at Hackney's after not going for a while since I don't live inthe area.  Will I go back? No.  the service was lousy.  Our waiter left because his shift was over.  Were we told? No.  I had to ask where out food was and was our waiter was.  Nothing is the way I remember it, especially the bread.  The bread used to be a good dark pumpernickel.  Now it resembles a brown white bread.  I'm waiting to hear from the manager about the poor service.

Their onion loaf used to be better; still unique though.  Steer clear of the potato skins - way too greasy.

The food is terrible.  Our server had zero personality and was borderline rude.  Is this the best Glenview has to offer?  For the sake of the residents I hope not.  I'm not really a fan of chain restaurants, but go to Chili's or Applebee's or whatever you have.  Just don't go here...yuck.
