We got 2 pizzas through takeout. The pizza is good. But for a pizza place that is only blocks from a bunch of other pizza places, I cannot believe how rude one of their workers was both on the phone and when I went to get the pizza. The pizza isn't good enough for us to go back and deal with that attitude.
Review Source:I'm a fan of the stuffed pizza at D'Agostino's. Â I've never had anything else there so I can't really speak to it. Â It has a good atmosphere and is typical of what you'd expect in a pizza place. Â There are TV's and usually lots of families so it can be pretty loud. Â It doesn't have the best service but a lot of the staff are relatively young so it's not all that surprising. Â What I mean by that is that it can take a fair amount of time to get waited on, to get drink refills, and for someone to check in. Â
That said, I like their pizza. Â It's reasonably priced and well worth it. Â The crust is nice and flaky, the sauce is a good balance between chunky and blended, and the cheese and meats are good quality. Â Giordano's is still better in my opinion, but I think D'Agostino's is better than Pizano's when it comes to stuffed pizza. Â
D'Agostino's is well worth a visit.
