Hello Sushi Bar and Thai Cuisine

Great lunch specials and friendly staff.  Plus the food is always delicious!

I'm a regular customer that honestly orders the same thing like everytime.  Larb Kai, medium spicy.  It's a simple dish.  But why is it everytimes it's different?  Some times it's super bland, and others its too spicy to eat.  Or the favor is just off.  I keep giving you another chance over and over.  I even called and complained once which I hate doing.  But every time I order your ruining this dish for me because its not consistent.   Now I no longer crave it.

The relationship I have had with HS over the past two years has just ended.  Thai places need a standard of hotness.  Medium spicy should not vary from melting face hot to boorish library nap time.  Dishes should not taste different depending on what day of the week it is.  

Unfortunately I have thrown away the menu, and will not come back.
