Herbert's Billiards closed over a year ago.

I've been here a few times. The first and maybe second time were good. I enjoyed myself and had fun. The times I've went it wasn't packed, but the bar are seems kinda of cluttered. But both aren't next to each other per se, so you don't have to worry about those bar people intervening. Kinda warm in there as well. These few times were a few years ago, and the prices were relatively cheap.

The last time I went, I also enjoyed myself but I was there for only 2, maybe 2.5 hours max. When i went to pay to leave, they hit me with a price of 40 dollars. I did not drink anything. I did not eat anything. Nor did my date at the time. Insanity! I will not go back there. Fat Cat in nyc shits on this place by magnitudes. And I played one day at fat for about 2 hours and got charged 6 dollars.  I am not cheap either. But this is outrageous.
