Decent gaming, and atmosphere. Nothing special to talk about. Never saw a jackpot won - no real excitement. VERY, VERY LOUD -
Are the machines rigged?
Do you need to ask?!!!
Lots of suits walking about trying to look important and busy. But try to find someone to fix a machine......seems like that's the problem. Not many hostesses around, and did see one housekeeping staff member.
You get $5.00 to fill out a survey - no wonder they are always "#1" in categories.
Lunch buffet is mediocre, at best.
At least Sunday buffet has crab legs and prime rib - used to have oysters and shrimp, but not lately. Service is good.
I'm really not a casino person but I've been here a few times with my fiance. In the summer it's really nice to go and watch the horse racing. The dining options are good from cheap to expensive. I've never won big here but it's nice that they have free soda on the casino floor. We went here for Halloween and the Monster bash. Very fun and the costumes were incredibly impressive. It was well organized but based on the number of entries, took a long time for the entire contest to run and end. My friends won some casino cash. What sucked though was that my friend had to take her wig off to go through security, then she put it back on. Within the next minute, another guy stopped her and told her to take it off when the other officer let her put it back on. The emcee for the night also said no masks in the casino but never said a word about wigs. She was very ticked off so we left. There are no live dealers here. Everything is done with computers. As far as Indiana casinos go, Blue Chip in Michigan city is my favorite.
