Plans went awry for an Oyster Roast Yesterday so the Wife and I went looking for lunch! We saw the Hooters and decided why not in this area it's all chains and we had not been to a Hooters in years! We were served by lindsey very nice and friendly. We started with a dozen raw oysters and fried pickles, the pickles while greasy (duh they are deep fried) were awesome x 5 the oysters while tasty were a little on the small side but they filled the craving! Lunch entree's were a cobb salad and baja fish tacos the salad was fresh and delish the fish tacos were great with a dash of hot sauce. I am not a chain restaurant person and only go to a few with any regularity and Hooters is now back on that list damn good food, service and price and very clean!!
Review Source:My husband and I usually eat here at least 1 a month, we love this location. The girls are always super friendly and everyone waits on you, our glasses were never empty. And they talk w u throughout your stay. Truly genuine and friendly service. Wish I could get that evrywhere we go. Their menu has updated and will continue to thru October I believe. I always get the boneless wings and my husband gets the shrimp. The tea is awesome! And the restrooms always clean.
Review Source:This Hooters is now on Greenbrier Parkway. My wife and I went there on a Friday evening around 8 PM. We stood in the entry way and were stared at by the hostess. She never greeted us, and never actually said a word to us. My wife stepped up to put our name on the list, assuming there was a wait, and the hostess stepped away to (I hope) do some other work. When she came back, she immediately took the young lone man behind us and sat him down. I know that a husband and wife with a baby aren't there preferred clientele, but to flat out ignore and basically refuse service is pathetic. Sadly, another decent tasting restaurant that will not be revisited due to lousy service.
Review Source:Went to Hooters tonight for dinner. Â Must say a very nice & enjoyable meal & experience. Â 2nd time I had the same waitress (was there about 3 weeks ago for lunch). The service was great, all the girls were attentive, the food came quickly and was exactly what you'd expect from hooters (been to one, you've been to them all food-wise).
I'm glad they've had some turn over in staff and management in the past 3-4 months. Â Huge improvement. Thank you!
I had a great lunch here yesterday (Wed 10/28/09) with my co-workers. This is the first time I've been in a Hooters in about 10 years. I'm not much for the Hooters hype so to speak.
Like the last reviewer Charlie F, I had the 'Wingsday' lunch special of boneless wings and fries for $5.99. This is a really good deal. You get a full basket that's half wings and half curly fries. It definitely fills you up.
Our waitress was on the spot with refills and checking in on us throughout the visit. We were in and out in about 40 minutes. Perfect timing for a strict lunch hour.
Oh, and the "Hooters" were good too. ;)
I went to this Hooters on a Wednesday to take advantage of the nationally promoted "Wingsday" item - boneless wings & fries for $5.99.
Imagine my surprise when I enter and see pirate flags and banners and all of the Hooters Girls dressed as pirate winches! Â
Seems the Hooters in this area celebrate Wacky Wednesday, where the Hooters Girls dress in a themed costume on Wednesday.
The atmosphere was great, my Hooters Girl was pleasant, and the Wingsday boneless wings were spiced to my liking.
