One of the best sushi places on the north side. The sushi is always fresh and all the non sushi dishes are really great and never greasy. The nontraditional egg rolls are the best culinary creation you'll find at the price (with Italian sausage and grilled onions!). It's a shame lunch is only die-in to get the great deal of some appetizers and miso soup at a great price, but it's great all the rest of the time and they deliver too.
Review Source:My girlfriend and I love this place. Have tried the Irving Park, Roscoe Village and Millennium Park locations, and this Roscoe one's probably the best. Their Panang Curry is some of the best I've had in Chicago -- a nice blend of peanut flavor and spiciness and thickness, the three individual factors that are hard to mix properly. Other places have spicier panang, or more peanuty, or thicker, but I think Hot Woks has the most balanced. Also, get an order of the Mega Vega roll, you won't regret it -- best vegetarian roll I've ever had.
