I begrudgingly give this location 2 Stars. As is the case with 99% of all South side restaurants serving people of color, their customer service is HORRIBLE!! Yesterday I ordered 2 cheese, Â and was told to wait for what I thought was fresh pizza. After wasting 15 minutes of my life in this grungy establishment I was told that there were no more Cheese slices. Ugh! I'm a vegetarian for Lent! They have one more strike with me. Twice they have cut my pizza in squares after I explicitly asked for wedges/pie cut.
Review Source:Recently I ventured over here on my lunch break. Ok the pizza is good no doubt, but the crust is extremely thin. It feels like you're only eating cheese and sausage. Since the crust is so thin, you have to eat alot before you get full. However the cheese and sausage or pepperoni is good, thats why i wouldn't give it anything lower than 3 stars. Tonight is pizza night and we are hitting up Giordanos for sure.

Who wants to order a pizza from a woman (whether in-store or over the phone) with a stank attitude. Sorry honey, but you're not taking my order with that tone.
Who wants to wait an hour and a half for a pizza to be delivered (that sometimes arrives cold btw)? The pizza doesn't even taste as good as it used to.
New places, like Gianna's Pizza and Beggars Pizza are on the south side. They are better and taking the spotlight. People are starting to notice. They just aren't good.
This place is only better than one other pizza place in the entire chicago area. And that's reggio's. But that like saying wearing napkins on your feet is better than going bare footed or something. The pizza sucks, it's too salty and too greasy, especially resently. The only reason that people even go here is because it's convinient. I also don't trust the delivery guys and the prices are just standard.

Â I'd recommend this establishment for anyone who craves the unknown (will I receive my pizza tonight, will it be ice cold and squished to the side of the box again, will it have toppings I didn't want or order, will the delivery guy be high?). Â I had the misfortune of living close to this place and gave them several chances to redeem themselves. Â It's not worth the frustration and inevitable heartburn. Â Order your pizzas elsewhere in South Shore.

If I could give it negative stars I would.
First of all, their customer service sucks. The order taker are rude belligerent, and ignorant. The delivery is slow and the pizza will come to you with sometimes the wrong ingredients, sometimes beat up looking, and sometimes they just never come.
The Pizza itself is sub-standard. The sauce is almost nonexistent, the cheese is covered in an orange oil, and the crust is like wet cracker dough.
I'm surprised this place is still in business.
I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy's friend with no taste buds. They would still find it to be total crap.
South-siders wake up and quit patronizing this sham of a pizza place.
