Stopped in tonight for a beer and the fish and chips, the beer was okay. The fish and chips however... I can't really review the fish and chips because I never got them. Ordered with others in my group, the waiter while delivering the order (30 minutes later) asked if we needed anything else. I reminded him about the fish and chips. He said they were coming right up, 30 minutes later (now a full hour since I ordered) I went to ask about the fish and chips and was told a to-go order was holding things up but they'd be done shortly. After another 20 minutes I paid for my beer, canceled the fish and chips and left. I won't be back.

Extremely disappointed.   First time we have gone here. Went on a Friday night at about 6:15 before the evening rush.  Got a great seat on the patio.  After 50 minutes we did not have any food.

What was even more frustrating is that the hostess/manager/owner?  would come out on the patio and chat with her friends and bring them beer, sit down at the table and talk.  Why was it frustrating?  Her friends arrived 40 minutes after us and I would think that the manager or owner would be aware that two tables away a family of 4 with 2 young kids (who had behaved heroically up to that point) had been sitting for 40 minutes without a crumb.

Our server apologize when I told him we were leaving because we couldn't wait anymore.  They did not charge us for our three drinks (2 ice teas, and a coke).

If you want a beer good place.  Food service.....well I guess I can't comment because they couldn't manage to get any type of food to our table even after 50 minutes.

Service is sometimes spotty...we have been in where we were the only folks there and the bar tender/waitress acted like we were interrupting her "time" - not mean, just couldn't care less that we were there...
