  I disagree with ALL reviews here. This place is great. My only complaint is the service. The food is great and the quantity is huge. The prices are more than reasonable, crazy.
  The Bistec Milanesa is their best plate on the menu.
  The palomilla steak and bistec empanizado are delicious.

  Alright, I am going o defend this place. I came in this place and sat down and decided to read the yelp reviews and was tempted to walk out. I decided to give it a chance and I am glad I did. The place was empty, so I got great service ;)
  
  They give you some bread that was drenched in butter. That I was not a big fan of. Other than that, my food was good. I had the palamilla steak with rice and black beans and it was pretty good. It is definitely nothing special, but if you are looking for a bite to eat for a good price, this place is not a bad option.

  TERRIBLE!!!!  this place opened a little while ago and it looked ok. I ordered a palomilla steak and my GF ordered some fried chicken topped with ham and cheese. Both were SO OVERCOOKED and had no flavor. There was no sauce or anything to help either out, even the rice was overcooked and lacked flavor. Poor quality ingredients and a mediocre kitchen staff are a big no-no. Even Pollo Tropical is much better. really. We ate a few bites and left with the food on the table. We were not interested in any re-dos.

  This place has been here for a few months and it's always empty and I don't know why.  I'm Cuban and this place has good food like you find in Miami.  I love going there for breakfast too.  You can have some cuban toast and cafe con leche with eggs and bacon. yum!  
  
  I've tried the sandwiches and meals and everything is always great.
