I wanted a light dinner close to my hotel. I preferred seafood over a big steak that night.
Decor: very roomy, open and modern.
Staff: Attentive, it was kinda dead and I sat by the bar but the server and bartender were very attentive and helpful.
Food: I had the Black Orchid Ahi, nicely prepared and the mustard sauce was perfect to contrast the sweet coleslaw. I also had the potstickers, nicely pan fried with a sweet sauce.
I would say if you want to save on $$ get appetizer of the Ahi vs getting the same amount of ahi plus rice for double the price.
I shall return
I'm giving Ling and Louie's 3 stars only because the sake was good. Â The edamame was overcooked. Â I ordered a chicken curry dish, it was gravy like and poured all over the rice. I really didn't like the taste of the dish. Â I also would have preferred the rice on the side like my friend received his with his skillet dish. Â Then I would have at least eaten the rice and been satisfied. Â The beef skillet dish was bland. Â The service was good. Â The music was weird. Â I am on the fence if I'll give it another shot.
