Not really sure why we decided to go here. Â We were waiting for our movies to start and Boyfriend (I mean FIANCE) we just got engaged. ha. Â Anyway, fiance remember an endless shrimp commercial for $15. Â So we both did that and shared a clam chowder. Â It was ok, nothing a little salt couldn't fix but the bowl was hollow and a rip off. Â Boyfriend, I mean fiance got fried shrimp and something else. Â Fried shrimp was all batter, no shrimp. Â And I got teriyaki and garlic shrimp. Â Both were decent. Â We ordered another serving of the teriyaki right when the meal came out but waited so long for it, we paid and left. Â So much for endless shrimp. Â What a waste. Â
Service was bad, they are so so busy.
We went to Red Lobster because both of us really enjoyed their food in the past, but neither of us had been there in quite a long time.  We were excited to order certain items we've enjoyed in the past.  Upon ordering, I ordered the salmon with a sweet and spicy sauce along with asparagus.  My boyfriend ordered a dish containing lobster and shrimp.  I could've made the salmon better at home, and it was very soggy and I did not finish it or take any home.  As for my boyfriend's dish, he stated the seafood was not fresh, and neither of us felt as though the price of the food was worth what we ate.  What is too bad, is that our server was very nice and attentive, she should move to a restaurant that has good food so she will get  compensated appropriately.  We won't eat there ever again.
Review Source:We came here on a Friday evening at 6pm. We called first to find out if they take reservations and note that no, they don't. When we arrived, there was no wait at all and we were quickly seated in the dining area. I've learned that it's much safer to sit in the bar area and would definitely do this next time. There was a small child in a highchair across from us and I made the mistake of looking at the ground under the chair :( appetite = gone.
Service was quick and very attentive with the exception of our drinks. A beer and two cocktails took about 20 minutes to arrive. Otherwise we placed our orders and our salads were quickly brought out. I had the grilled salmon and shrimp linguini with a side of rice and it was all very good. A lot of carbs but good. The wild rice reminds me of rice-a-roni, as it has orzo in it as well. My husband had the cajun chicken linguini and my friend had an appetizer sampler platter with a side of asparagus. Everything was enjoyed and served hot.
Overall, our visit was very pleasant. We were in and out within an hour and when we left, there were probably 40 people waiting in line. Definitely be sure to arrive early for this location (or any of them) or be ready for a lengthy wait!
