This review is for the Plainfield location, off of Route 59 and 135th Street.
Pizza is good here, I don't understand why people complain about a pizza (which can feed 2-4 people) that is $5. Â You can't expect Lou Malnati quality here. Â It's better than frozen pizza though, and a "good" frozen pizza is more than $5. Â Little Caesar's is already cooked and hot!
If they're out of what you want (pizzas are already made, and kept in an oven), they will make one for you. Â Takes about 5-10 minutes longer.
Mostly staffed by teenagers, but who cares? Â You go in, order a pizza, and leave. Â Employees aren't overly friendly - and why should they be? Â But they aren't rude either.
Crazy bread is good too. Â Try it with the garlic butter sauce, or jalapeno cheese. Â The marinara is terrible, and the buffalo isn't as great as you'd expect.
One pizza, crazy bread, and some sauce? Â All less than $8. Â Perfect for those on budgets, and nights that you don't feel like cooking or going out.
Yeah, Yeah, I know being from Chicago and all, chain pizza places really suck and all. Â But Little Caesar's is my one guilty, if not mostly tasteless pleasure. Â Nothing beats my cardboard with cheese and tomato sauce cravings like the $5 large pizzas. Â You don't even have to call ahead, everything is already prepared as soon as you walk in, and hot and quasi-fresh under heating lamps! Â Customer service at this location is non-existent, for whomever is at the counter cannot speak English very well. Â But even after all of this, I still can't help but say "Hail Caesar!"
