Little Pub

I have been to Little Pub about five times and have never been disappointed.  The ONLY problem is the noise level and I believe the owners are addressing that issue.  I like that it has a varied menu with interesting choices.  The burgers are amazing.  The bisque is delicious...same recipe as the old Ship's of Westport and very good.  We sit at the bar and the bartenders are friendly and efficient.  I have absolutely no complaints about food or service!  You have to time your arrival and expect to wait if it's a busy night but that goes for any popular, new restaurant.

Just o.k..If you like fried everything it's for you.  Very noisy, service good. I know they're looking for spun feel not sure.  They have Chinese, Mexican & Fish & Chips.  Restaurant is tiny as the name implies not expensive it's o.k..

Went back a second time after receiving reply from Doug G - the owner of the Little Pub?  He wrote that he hired sound deadening experts to make suggestions.  A few padded baffles were put up - no where near enough - still one of the noisiest restaurants anywhere.  Doug G: please put up more baffles! - try to place carpet or ? on the underside of the tables.  The food is still very good and I believe him when he wrote that quantities only look smaller cause the plates are smaller than his Ridgefield outpost.  Very generous serving of fabulous sweet potato fries.
I still like the place, but my hearing needs a few days to recover between visits.  Maybe the hostess should pass out noise cancelling headphones with each menu?
