NOLA Oyster Bar

our first time at Nola & we're delighted we went!   We were very discriminating about our choice of restaurants in the Westport/Norwalk area as it was a special birthday celebration.  Looking for fresh & healthy seafood & vegetables, we were not disappointed.   We felt as if we were in So HO rather than So NO.  Excellent service & an an interesting & delicious meal.  Our compliments to the chef!

Ate dinner after seeing reviews , was offered happy hour bar prices even tho seated & not at bar . Husb had fresh raw oysters , said not bad . I had mixed green salad w strawberries , plums & grapefruit . That was delicious . Ordered small plates , blackened shrimp & fried oysters , not bad , small  for price & quantity . Not sure I'd go again , service was ok , not outstanding .

Food is absolutely amazing.  Try the burger.  It was quite honestly the best burger I have ever had.  The lobster and waffles got us hooked the first time we went there and we've never had a bad meal or drink since.  Their bartenders are top notch and the beverages are delicious.  They've got things that appeal to all tastes.  Great place to go for dinner, drinks or both.  (Sidenote - this is big for my girlfriend - they play "amazing" music!)
